My family, me, my wife and five kids from 18 to 4 years old, always has a great experience here. We know we can count on everyone there to be kind, gentle and patient, as well as highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional. On my last visit, I was in within a couple minutes of arriving, Danielle and Shelby at the front desk were friendly and welcoming as usual. Stephanie walked me through the procedure, and both she and Dr. Lassen were open to any questions I had. They made a complicated procedure painless, and took the time to make sure things were good at every step, and Stephanie even gave me a follow up call later that day, just to make sure. I wish every dentist office was like this.

The billing from this office is highly questionable. You will get a surprise bill from this office as they often mischarge and are denied by dental insurance. The entire office, while friendly, is highly unprofessional. The 'fun to party with' vibe is cool and all, but not when it comes to receiving dental care.
I am extremely unhappy with this dental provider and extremely unhappy with their surprise billing. Never trust the quotes you get from this place, and use extreme caution when getting care from this provider.

Be extremely cautious if this office recommends a root canal. Please go get a second opinion. If you do need a root canal, please understand that you are likely going to have to pay over $2300 out of pocket, after insurance if you get a root canal here.

Be exceptionally cautious of any deep cleaning or root planing and scaling costs as well. These costs will completely max out your insurance and this office will predictably tack on those procedures first before dealing with any emergency procedures, thus dumping the entire cost on you while charging you the rates that they would normally charge insurance.

Always be wary of a practice that requires a procedure that will cost all of your dental benefits for an entire year before helping you with an emergency.

I cannot stress enough how much I regret getting any work done by this practice.

The dentist and the tech were amazing! They truly cared about my concerns and well being. They treat you like a human! I have a big fear of dentist and they made me feel comfortable and heard.

I decided to transition to Quest Dental from a dentist office that I had been going to for a long period due to various issues with scheduling and billing. My first appointment with Quest Dental was overwhelmingly positive and exactly what I was hoping for when I made the move to switch offices. There was a mix-up with my insurance policy and it was fixed as soon as the mix-up was identified and I appreciate that. If that had happened with my other office, it would have taken hours to fix. Keep up the good work!

I visited Quest Dental for my semi-annual cleaning. Sometime before my visit, I lost part of a filling. When my hygienist asked me about anything new with my teeth, I shared that information. The dentist came back and looked at the x-rays and the affected tooth. Since I wasn't in any pain, we discussed a couple of treatment plans. I choose to have the filling replaced and looked forward to having it done at a future date. After a while the dentist came back and explained he had a opening in his schedule right after my cleaning was done. I went ahead and had it done and saved myself a repeat visit.

Incredible team from the front door to the end of my visits. I was having a TERRIBLE day today and they were kind, sympathetic and did everything they could to accommodate my needs. I even got a juice box! I will forever drive 45 minutes to get to them for my dental appointments. They are worth it!

Went in for a cleaning, and the tech did an excellent job. She was very good with communicating what was going to happen ,and at being gentle, but seemed very thorough also. Will definitely return for future cleanings.

I Love our new Dentist, DR. STEFFEN LASSEN. He is so kind and gentle . I had a root canal and two crowns and I never felt an ounce of pain. His assistant, STEPHANIE was such a pleasure to have her right there. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
