Each member of the staff I had any contact were extremely helpful, polite, and seemed to want to go the extra mile to help me with tricky scheduling. It’s not very often I personally come across customer service like that anymore.

The best experience I've ever had in a practice - dental or medical. No one likes to have oral surgery but Quest Dental made it the best possible experience and I'm looking forward to my next visits. Everyone was caring and professional, astounding at what they do. From reception to the dental assistant to Dr. Lassen who was both kind and highly skilled - and it's rare to find both in one Doctor.

Check in and appointment were hassle free. My hygienist was wonderful and the Dr. made sure to say hello and chat for a moment before my exam since it was my first time seeing him. Everything felt clean, safe, and welcoming.

I've been using this dental office since I was a teenager and I recommend them to everyone. All of the staff are lovely. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. They are also wonderful with my kiddo who has special needs which is no small task. Highly recommend.

The front ladies are very nice, personable and professional. The assistants are very thoughtful and thorough and were very aware of my needs and comfort. Dr. Lassen was very knowledgeable, very attentive, explained everything very simply and he was very concerned about helping me through my dental anxieties and concerns. He did a great job! I would definitely travel to have him work my teeth again.

The 2 lady's at the front desk are as sharp as they get. All your info is explained legitimately.
But Kat knows the business and is clear, honest and friendly. Not that I like the dentist but looking forward to my next visit.
