Everyone is so nice and makes you feel really comfortable! I currently have dry socket (a really painful condition you can get after a tooth extraction) and they have gotten me into the schedule last minute twice this week. It's really nice to have a dentist that cares when you feel vulnerable and are in so much pain. Dr parry and team you seriously rock !!

The doctor is friendly and considerate, but one of the nurse is kind of rude. Every time make the X-ray test, she just put the plastic stuff in my mouth almost to touch my throat. I feel so bad and almost throw up. I know, perhaps she has to do it because to check my teeth condition, but stand on the patient’s side, the caring way is more important to comfort the patient’s mood and nervous.

I have been going to Randy for over 12 years and I just love the personal attention he gives, the warm and fun personality with being professional at the same time. Seen several dentists there, don't even remember their names, I see them for 2 minutes. But I have no complaints about the hygienists which i feel you spend more time with anyway.

Great experience!! The office was very calming and very professional!! The staff were welcoming. I've been through cancer treatment so I have a few issues. All of my questions and concerns were heard and answered. Dr. Parry is very kind and explained everything. I couldn't ask for better!! Very Professional!! LM

I have full coverage dental and have never had to pay for dental work my entire life. I went to this dentist for a routine cleaning and came home with a 370 dollar bill. Although the new dentist is great, they charge an arm and a leg for their services and I would never recommend them to anyone! They charge an extreme amount for the same services you can get at another dentist and I will not be returning to their office.

I called to ask if they accepted Oregon Health Plan, as my employer's coverage didn't start until the next month. I didn't mention the last part though; the person answering the phone made me feel slightly patronized and looked down upon for using state insurance, they seemed annoyed to tell me they didn't accept it. I then asked if privatized insurance was accepted and she didn't even know what that term meant... I definitely wont be going here even after my coverage begins. All I really wanted was my yearly cleaning and was willing to pay in cash as well this one time.

I usually see Randy to have my teeth cleaned, but I was scheduled with Kayla this time around. She was super sweet, kind, gentle AND she did an amazing cleaning!!!! My teeth looked and felt so clean when she was done! Well done Kayla!!! :)

They did not put the lead apron on me when they took x-rays, and also told me I needed x-rays when I just had them done 6 months ago. Also the dentist was a super creepy old white dude who talked to the hygienist about my teeth as if I wasn’t in the room, and pressed his stomach against my head as he was examining my teeth. Never going back.

Our daughter broke her two front teeth off at 5pm on a Wednesday evening. We quickly took the teeth and daughter to Smiles arriving as they were locking up for the day. Without hesitation Dr. Parry, with his cheerful staff, welcomed us in saved the day. Dr. Parry reattached the broken teeth with amazing skill and expertise. Less than an hour after arriving our daughter's teeth were perfect! We followed up with the oral surgeon Dr Wilson, who repeatedly complimented Dr. Parry's work adding that no root canal would be needed. I can't thank Dr Parry enough for his skill, bedside manner, and ability to work miracles. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!
