Everyone was very friendly. I was new so they didn't know MY name at face value but they seemed to know everyone else that came in which is nice. Everyone was very understanding of my hmmm anxiety issues with dental work and were very calming through out the process of my checkup and cleaning and breaking some hard news to me about future needs. definitely recommend this locations to others in the area.

The teeth haven't been so thoroughly cleaned as Ann's periodonic cleaning.
Painful it was to have assessment done for determining stages of swelling or whatever she was doing, numbing stuff was used at some point tho. Necessary to go thru so it's all good there.
The Doc is cool and two more appointments are made for a crown and follow up.
So my wife will be another new patient.
And Kendall, she's the reason I switched dentists. Since she was greatly appreciated at Dr Dow's for implants.

I get a confirmation for a rescheduled appointment alongside a cursory note to not return, No smiles for this unprofessional business and disrespect for patients busy lives.

I needed a crown to replace a piece of tooth broken off at a very old filling, which needed to be replace. The temporary crown lasted until the permanent crown appointment. Then at follow-up appointment, the permanent crown went on in a short amount of time. Well done, Dr Parry and Amelia and front office staff!
