My husband had his tooth fixed here but it only lasted a year his tooth now has a big hole and nothing to protect it. Very bad work they did. And they had the nerve to say that they didn't do that one (they are the only ones i have ever been to) like children crying "I didn't do it" I'm so disappointed will never go back.
We alredy went to the office but nobody accepted anything we didn't even get an apology.

I've been going to this office for 12+ years, thru a number of dentists. Hygienist Randy has been there thru the years, and I've enjoyed my twice a year cleanings/checkups. The office seems to run well and the staff are nice, efficient, polite.

Always changing Dentists
I went here because of my insurance for awhile because this was one of only two places to go
I sure I over paid
I was always having to sign a document that my teeth were going to fall out if I did not have expensive deep cleaning
Than heavens Moda allows more dentists under my plan
I went to an amazing dentist and I had my teeth cleened today with new ultra sonic procedure
Compared to the young girl I had at smiles rough and pushing services
I found a great new dental office
I was told by Dr Matthews I need a new crown for one I have and my new dentist said it was fine
I never even did more than give them my insurance info and no money or credit pushes at new office

Dr. Parry is amazing. I'm terrified of dentists and was embarrassed that I had not been to one for quite a while. His office is relaxed and friendly and community conscious, and no guilt. I would not hesitate to refer anyone here.

I was a new patient...
45 minute wait, I finally tell them I have to be back to work at 11:30 so they magically get me back to the see the dentist. I scheduled the appt simply for a CLEANING since it is covered by insurance. I sent all x-rays (12 images total) and they insisted on taking more so they could bill for them, which is exactly what seems to be the theme here. Along that line, he then found a "partial decay" using his magic laser and claimed that he would need to do something called a partial fill near my sealant. I have not had anything wrong with my teeth since I was 5 years old, when I got the sealants. To top it all off, they didn't schedule the cleaning with the hygienist so I wasted 3 hours to accomplish nothing. Worst experience I've ever had at any medical office. Please don't make the same mistake.

Since I had to change insurance companies, this was my first visit to Smiles Dental. BEST dental appointment ever! All of the staff that I encountered were helpful, sympathetic, super congenial and extremely competent.

I sneezed in their waiting room and the receptionist freaked out and asked me if I was sick. Before I could answer that I had allergies, she screamed that they “don’t allow sick people in their office.” So that was weird 🤣 While I was waiting, I overheard the dentist mocking patients for asking questions about treatment options. Finally, the dentist never called in the prescriptions we needed for an abcessed tooth, so the entire visit was a waste anyway. Definitely going somewhere else for the procedure.
