I called Smiles Dental to make sure they took my insurance supplement. SURMED. The person I talked to said she’d check o it and call me if there was a problem. I drove up to Eugene ( I live 20miles away) I tried to fill out the forms on their tablet but kept getting kicked out. ASI was almost done, the receptionist came and told me they didn’t except my supplement. I explained to her that I had talked to someone and that they had not called me. She said she would check with the insurance people for their office.She came back and said the insurance folks said they didn’t take my plan. I LEFT VERY UPSET, When I got home I checked on line and it said Smiles Dental was a preferred provider. It would be great if your company could get it together.

I highly recommend Dr. Parry. All of his staff are very professional. Went in to get a consultation for having my wisdom teeth extracted, they cleaned. My teeth and gave me some fillings. The oral surgeon they set me up with was great as well. I don't normally say this about doctors and dentists, but I am looking forward to my next visit!

Very friendly staff! Dr Perry got in, did his job quick and efficiently and before i knew it we were done with the fillings i needed (for someone who cant stand their teeth being touched or drilled for too long this was a heaven send for me) i always feel welcome when i walk in thorough the doors. Nicole was an excellent hygienist! I love how she showed me the X-rays and pictures and explained what was going on. Dr. Parry was very friendly and personable. I’ve had less than stellar dentist experiences in the past and SMILES has exceed my expectations.

Dr. Parry and his team are fantastic. I'm new to the area, and when I had a dental emergency, they fit me in the same day. I've stuck with them ever since. When I first went in, my insurance refused to pay, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful in dealing with my insurance company and helped me establish an affordable option to take care of my problem. Their dental hygienists are friendly and diligent--they explain everything to you as they work (if you're a nerd about dental pathology like myself)! The staff does not make you feel guilty or ignorant about lapsed cleanings or questions you may have about your dental care. They have massage chairs and make the experience as comfortable as possible. I recently had an old filling fixed, and when I had a problem with it a few days after my procedure, Dr. Parry fit me in the same week to fix it for me, free of charge. The change in my smile is incredible after just an hour here. I would absolutely recommend Smiles Dental.

There are enough people who only write reviews when they are upset. I like to write reviews when a business goes above and beyond to be awesome. Best, friedliest dentist I've been to in my 34 years. Easiest fillings I've ever had done, as well. I wanted to take the team out to lunch afterward.

I like them because they will always tell you how much everything is going to cost upfront, also will answer questions about your insurance and make it really easy. The dentists provide good feedback but won’t lecture or scold you either.

I just had my teeth cleaned on 5/8/20. My hygienist was Randy Litwiller and he did an amazing job. I am 72 and my teeth were not looking very white. After an hour of cleaning I left the office with beautiful white teeth.
I felt 10 years younger with the brightest smile.
My entire family has Randy clean their teeth because he is truly the best hygienist in Lane County.
