Very rude to hang up on a new patient. Do not recommend. Apparently their rudeness is at all their dental offices from eugene Oregon to Southern Oregon.

Staff is extremely rude. Uninformative. Staff treats you like a sub level human. They do not care about their patients. Any tooth they habe worked on or done cavity repairs on not only got worse but now need root canals because of improper fillings. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

seriously have waited months for an appointment, then right before the appointment they call the day before and tell me they need to reschedule because the doctor is out. I have had this happen 3 times now!!! changing dentist office because of this reason!!!

The dr was arguing with the assistant. Then broke the root of my daughters tooth off in her gums and when my 9 year old started to panic they started yelling at her! They are horrible. We won't be going back ever!

I used to be terrified to go to the dentist,I remember screaming and crying,begging my mom to not make me go!The very first appointment with Smile keepers was almost 16yrs ago,back wen they had a different name .I was so scared I was literally trembling and I remember how nice and comforting they all were.From the lady that checks patients in,to the assistant,to the dentist.Even the office and rooms are comfortable!!As soon as my oldest son (now almost 19)was old enough for his first denti3 I took him ther,then his little brother wen he was old enough.Both of my boys have been cavity free for years now because of the care we receive from smile keepers!They even call to remind me wen its coming close to the boys' yearly cleaning!I honestly could go on and on about smile keepers and staff but you should go and check them out yourself,you'll never want to go to a different dentist again!!!
