I think it was a bit excessive to wait almost 2 hours for a cleaning and check up. I think the new office is not up to speed yet. I never waited more than a half hour at the old office…..

Always very kind and welcoming. I have a 6 year old son and they are always extremely accommodating and patient when handling him through his appointment. My son said today, “Awe man... I have to wait another 6 months to come back??? I wish it could be only 6 days.” He loves going to the dentist, which for a momma is such a relief. Thank you Open Door for always giving your best and truly caring for your people.

Very friendly welcoming staff and a kind and understanding dentist. After years of dentist phobia I have finally found an office that I trust not to hurt me. Appointments are flexible and the wait time is short. The staff explains everything before and during the work, Dr Surface makes you feel you are his only patient and will go over your situation to help you decide on a course of treatment. They offer nitrous oxide and blankets to keep you pain free and comfortable. Best dentist ever!

I highly recommend Open Door family dentistry. I called them because I was having such extreme tooth pain that I was hysterically crying. Not only did they get me in 30 minutes after I called they actually removed the tooth that was causing the pain. Most dentists that do emergency appointments will on give you pills and send you on your way. I am so grateful for everyone in that office that helped me. They are so friendly and they actually care. If you need a dentist definitely call them. They are wonderful

I'm a new patient and was scheduled for a cleaning, exam, and xray the same day that I first called. Super friendly staff and very thorough work. I needed cavities worked on and had a previously painful experience from other dentists. The staff made sure to give me a comforting and stress free experience. 30 mins for 2 cavities, was so quick and painless. Highly recommend them! Will be seeing them for my invisalign too. :)
