They were able to get me in quickly among all the COVID-19 craziness and explained everything along the way. The receptionists were incredibly pleasant, patient and friendly, plus they gave me my total upfront before moving forward with procedures. Ashley, my dental assistant, explained everything that I could expect and made me feel very comfortable during a difficult, first-time procedure. Thank you Open Door! Always a great place and a great staff!! They are always on time to get us in at our scheduled time and they are very friendly and helpful. I was always very uncomfortable going to the dentist because of past experiences and decided to give them a shot. They have made me more at ease than I could have imagined. If you can go to a dentist and not Use novacane To fill a large cavity and be in-and-out in 15 minutes I Highly recommend them. I just don't like Novacane so I told them to just start core drilling and it wasn't bad at all.

From the moment you walk in the door...you are treated so warmly and the staff are the most caring and capable people!! I have only had the best experience since I joined the Open Door Dentistry family!! I recommend them to all my friends, coworkers, and family!!
