My appointment was for a cleaning but an infection gum was detected. It was treated without a second appointment. Very pleased with the service.

I was quoted a fee for service. When I went to pay the bill, they charged me $97 dollars more. When I asked why bill was $97 more, girl asked if I got xray. I said No. Woman from behind wall came over and said I had an exam. Dr. Tanner looked at tooth and recemented crown. So, I guess because he looked at the tooth while he did that, it was an exam. I told him I was going to schedule other work on my teeth and he looked at them, made a comment, less than 2 minutes, I guess that's an exam! There was already a care plan in place with quoted prices. I did not ask him to look at other teeth or care plan, I was just telling him I was making an appointment, but he looked at my teeth, so I guess that's an exam! 2 minutes, $97, that's $2910 an hour! I don't have insurance. I cannot afford $2910 an hour so that's the last time I'll go there!

No waiting time; thorough cleaning by super friendly hygienist, Maria. Quick in and out! Insurance benefits were verified & next appt scheduled while I was still in the chair so no stop at the check out desk was even needed!

Worth every dime my insurance had to pay. Sydney and Dr. Barrett were professional and kind, and thoroughly time conscious as I was on my lunch break. I'm new to Grants Pass and I am so happy I found them so close to home. I know my pearly whites are in good hands!! 😁
