The entire team at Gresham Modern Dentistry is amazing. I'm a huge baby and have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but they were able to make that all go away. They were super friendly & accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of. You can definitely tell that they genuinely care about their patients' dental and overall health. They were also really great about working with me on billing. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best dental experience. Thank you, Gresham Modern Dentistry team, and I'll see you again soon!!!

Kayla is an amazing person at Gresham modern dentistry. Highly recommend everyone at this location. Super helpful and very nice. Dr Sylvia and assistant Nina were very comforting and helped in any way they could. Sounds weird but can’t wait to go back.

I highly recommend Gresham Modern Dentistry. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sylvia was very thorough with evaluating my son's teeth and gave excellent preventative care advise. Kayla, one of the fine office staff reps, patiently answered all of my dental and financial questions. They are an awesome dental clinic!

Amy was amazing helping me find appointments to meet my schedule and come up with an affordable treatment plan. The whole team here is amazing and always provides the best service quickly. I love same day treatment options! Check them out!

My wife and I have had a total of four appointments with this office, and have been left very disappointed. We were debating changing offices after our first appointments due to how slow they were, but gave them another chance. I was in there to have some cavities taken care of, and was there for 3.5 hours. Almost an hour was just me waiting in the chair. My wife had a cracked tooth that needed to be fixed, and she was in there for four hours.

The prices are also a little higher than I’ve experienced with other dentists. If your time is important to you, look elsewhere. The dentists themselves were good, but the processes they have are not.

Gresham Modern Dentistry has the most friendly staff!! Especially Dr Moon! She is incredible & a fantastic asset to the practice!! My experience here has been nothing but above and beyond.
The dental assistants are knowledgeable and friendly!! Dr Moon and the assistants spend the time to make sure you are as comfortable as can be! I have never been offered a blanket at the dentist, for my comfort, until coming here! Dr Moon makes you feel like an old friend! I feel as though I am in the best hands with her and her staff!
The front staff have always been knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. They are amazing!

I did a terrible job taking care of my teeth when I was much younger. Dr. Moon has helped me get back on the right track and I greatly appreciate her attention to detail! These folks take a lot of pride in their work as well as educating Coworkers and working together. We had absolutely no problem with the dental staff but when it came to billing They waited over 2 years to pay us back what they owe us for my husband's braces they got paid twice once from our insurance and once from our credit card however they will not reimburse us we are still waiting. We have made several attempts to contact them. there has been no resolution. I do not recommend them to anybody. their office is a rip off

I’ve been here a couple times and overall have a good experience. The times I have come however, they suggest some expensive treatment, that’s never been mentioned prior to this visit. The dental hygienist is very kind, Raul is great and the dentists do their best to make small talk and make the experience comfortable. As a neurodivergent person I wish they would converse with me a little less and as a non-binary person I wish they would be considerate as this is in my profile and I still get misgendered.

Edit: After I posted this review, someone from the dental office reached out to me to try to make things right. I will be back soon so hopefully they stay true to their word and I can leave a better review next time :)

Have been visiting Gresham Modern Dentistry for many years now. Raul is great up front and very helpful. Anna did my last couple cleanings and is wonderful. I also really enjoy Dr Sylvia. If you are looking for a great dentist I would recommend this office.
