First time visit. Upon entering the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Easy check in. The ladies who did my x-rays and cleaning were awesome. Very thorough. The colored images of my teeth were amazing. Seeing what shape they are in was eye opening. Dr. Dove did the final exam and he was very thorough and answered all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and highly recommend them.

I have been a patient at Klamath Smiles for 3 years and have had an exemplary experience with them. They are professional, personable, and have the highest regard for the well-being of their patients. My experiences include regular check-ups, cleanings, x-rays, porcelain fillings, and a crown. In each case the procedures were done very well in a short period of time. I have always had my appointments begin on time. I have had at least seven different dentists in a variety of locations in the United States, and Dr. Bailey and Dr. Davis are clearly at the top of the list. I have not yet had an appointment with Dr. Dove, but have heard good reviews about him as well. Lea has been my hygienist and is also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They also handle my family's insurance claims efficiently and without problems. This practice receives, and deserves, my highest rating!

Dr. Dove was very helpful and friendly. He took me to the X-ray and explained things carefully so I knew exactly what was happening. I’ve never had a dentist clarify things so well before. So glad we are patients here.
The new building is so gorgeous, too. It didn’t feel like a chore to go because the atmosphere is so nice.

If going to the dentist could be a good experience, this was it. No waiting, I was taken in for my appointment on time, and they got started right away. I was having a new crown made, and it's made in-house, so no awful temporary and/or second appointment! It was all done in two hours. While I was waiting for my crown to be milled and fired, they whitened my teeth -- no charge! Everyone was extremely pleasant. If you HAVE to go to a dentist, and I know you all do, go to Klamath Smiles. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Klamath smiles more highly! They have amazing front staff, Emily the dental hygienist was engaging and thorough, and Dr Dove was personable and knowledgeable. (Too many adjectives, I know... but they're all true!)

Amazing front desk staff! I came here today for the first time. My new insurance had kicked in (so I thought) so I made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out. I start checking in and one of the ladies tells me something is wrong with my insurance. Long story short my insurance doesn’t start until March. I’m offered the option to self pay but I currently can’t do that. The other lady decides to see if my old dentist office can get me in there because of house much pain I’m in, they tell her I can sit in their waiting room and wait for a cancellation. My old office cant see me until March 25. Neither of these ladies are having it, one goes and talks to the doctor I assume and then comes back and says they will see me without charging me. This whole office went above and beyond in taking care of me. Both of the techs made sure that getting the x rays were as painless as possible and the doctor made sure my referral got to the orthopedic surgeon that day. Thank you Klamath Smiles!
