Awful experience just trying to get an appointment! I tried called to see if they could get me in because my other dentist was out of town on a family emergency. When I told them what was going on they told me that they couldn’t see me and I would have to call the on call doctor of my normal dentist. After looking into it my dentist didn’t have a on call doctor so after calling them back they still said they wouldn’t see me because I was a charted patient at another office. I told the sorry for being an inconvenience and hung up. Guess I’ll be in pain for the weekend until my other dentist is back. What happened to helping someone no matter what... isn’t that what a doctor is for?
