Dr. Thomas and his staff are exceptional. The office is well equipped, clean, modern, and spacious. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The front office is also well run. I feel as though they (everyone in the office) are treating MY teeth as they would treat their own AND when he believes that someone else can do a better job in special circumstances, he is not hesitant to refer to a specialist! Dr Thomas is one reason I love Klamath Falls!!!

Very friendly staff and a very nice and clean facility. Both the dental hygienist and Doctor Thomas were very thorough and friendly. I called the clinic and got in to see the doctor within 2 weeks of my call! The doctor gave me a very thorough exam and listened to all my concerns. The dental hygienist then cleaned my teeth during the same appointment. She did a wonderful job and answered all my questions. They were then able to schedule my next 2 appointments, 2 weeks out from my initial appointment.
At no point during my visit did anyone try to sell me products that I didn't want/need. It might sound trivial that I bring this up, but I have had another dentist in town try to sell me a bunch of products that weren't covered by my insurance. The other dentist felt more like a door to door salesman rather than a dental office.
This clinic is great! I highly recommend them.
