Premier Care Dental - Klamath Falls

It is always a pleasure going into Dr Singer’s office. All of the staff is friendly and helpful.
The office is impeccable. It’s a great feeling to know Dr Singer is a perfectionist, as well. He takes time to explain your treatment process, and always makes you feel at ease. So grateful to have found my Klamath dentist!

I went in for a cleaning, and I was pleasantly surprised that my anxiety wasn't high. I was only in the waiting room long enough to open my game before I was called. Then going into the room the hygienist was wonderful. It was so nice to have someone be so pleasant and to have the great customer service. Thank you so much for treating me with the respect, I appreciate all of you.

My experience today at Premier dental was fantastic. I am actually very happy with the results of my appointment and the people that worked with me and Dr. Singer is amazing. We have a great plan ahead for me and I’m very very happy to go forward with it I recommend him highly.

I'm very impressed with your office! I'm terrified to go to the dentist, because of a few painful teeth, but your office made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. You explained everything in detail and everyone is so very pleasant and caring! It's a pleasure to work with you!

-1 Failure to communicate that first appointment can't be double booked with a cleaning. Then make me feel foolish for expecting that after that was what I confirmed.
-1 Failure to book follow-up for next appointment months later as a cleaning and dental checkup
-1 For trying to get me to do an x-ray again after less than a year
-1 For making me feel ignorant and talking down at appointment and over the phone when I don't know dental terms.
-1 For not saying if I wait 8.5 months between appointments because I travel extensively I have to start over with them like a new patient
+1 For person who does cleanings that was probably the nicest person I've interacted with

Would not recommend unless you are already a dental knowledge expert and get all appointments confirmed in writing so you are sure they are booked as expected.

Dr. Singer and all of the staff are wonderful. We have been coming to Premier Care since they opened a few years back. Highly recommend Dr. Singer to anyone looking for a dentist.

They are the best! Dr. Singer is very skilled at complicated procedures - we’ve had a few over the last few years - , kind and thorough in explanation. We used to take our kids to a pediatric dentist, but they have really enjoyed Dr Singer and his staff so we also bring them here.

I had a molar giving me trouble, painful swelling and bleeding, so I called my regular dentist who couldn't get me in for 2 months! I did a Google search and decided to call Premier Care Dental. They got me in the next day and Dr. Singer diagnosed the problem quickly. Thanks to Dr. Singer, Jennifer and all the staff at Premier Care Dental for being so helpful and caring. Great job by everyone! I will be using Premier for all of my future dental needs and regular maintenance.

Dr Singer took great care of my dental needs and is helping me develop a plan to complete my reconstruction. He was gentle and caring. I cant say enough about how awesome and gentle the staff both front and back are.
