This is an awesome dental office. My 7 year old’s previous dentist wanted to have all his teeth capped in a hospital setting. I got a second opinion and ended up at this office. After a few visits, his teeth are in perfect shape, and my son still loves coming in. They’re so gentle with kids and make it a fun experience. The staff are friendly not just to patients but to each other. They all genuinely seem to enjoy working together. They’re quick; we are usually in and out within half hour. 10/10 so glad we found this place!

We take both of our kids here and we live it. The staff is super friendly and they are gentle and patient with our kids. One is non verbal and has a hard time sitting still and following directions and the staff is super kind with us. Our kids love getting to watch a Disney movie I. The waiting room while they wait and while they get their teeth cleaned.

The people are nice (thus two stars and not just one) but they are constantly rescheduling or canceling our appointments at the last minute. We live in Chiloquin and have to make extra planning for dr appointments. It’s really frustrating when we block out extra time and make plans to miss work just to have them cancel less than 24 hrs before our appointments.

My service the first couple of visits were great! The quality of the visit and care today was compromised by the lack of tools the tech reported as to why we waited 40 minutes for our appointment for. The receptionist was great at advocating to getting us back there to be seen but honestly I would rather have waited because the tech didn’t provide usual care for my sons teeth that should have occurred. Today I wouldn’t recommend them. Care should not be compromised..

Talk about a whole new experience! Timber in Klamath has stepped up with new management & a new dentist. My son has always needed nitris for his appointments but Dr. Gonzalez walked him through the whole procedure and he handled it without nitris! It was a great experience this time!
