Love all of the ladies in this office from the receptionist to the hygienist, and everyone in between. They work hard to make sure you have a positive experience and we always share lots of laughs too! Dr. Tolman is the best dentist I’ve been to in my life. He’s very caring, gentle and professional. I even had him do a filling yesterday with no anesthesia (and I’m a wimp when it comes to dental stuff) and didn’t feel a thing!! I recommend d these folks all the way around.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had been having issues, one after another with Advantage dental. I had an extraction scheduled for two very bad teeth that had been causing me loads of pain, my appointment was cancelled day of. I called Tolman Dentistry and they were so wonderful, they were able to fit me in the next day even though I was not a patient of theirs. They do not accept my insurance so the lovely gals broke down the cost in an easy, straightforward way. They tried to make sure it was as affordable as possible. Dr. Tolman was so professional and efficient. I was in and out In less then 30 minutes! Absolutely the best dentist office experience I have ever had and would recommend them to anyone. I'm honestly shocked at how incredibly affordable and efficient this office is.

Love this place! The hygienist is so nice and friendly, not to mention she does an amazing job. Everyone is nice. The office is pretty inside and clean. I always leave smiling and feeling great. Glad we chose them to take care of our dental needs. I highly recommend them 😊

Due to my bad back, an effort was made to help me be as comfortable as possible, resulting in very positive experiences on each of my two visits. My daughter and I became new patients at Tolman dentistry in April 2022. They were very good with my daughter who is 5. She felt comfortable and was walked through every step of the xray and cleaning process so she was not scared or surprised.
I had my appointment set up for another week. Due to multiple illnesses I had to reschedule at least 3 times. Tolman Dentistry was very willing to help work around that and eventually get a date settled. The patience of this practice was extraordinary.
In addition to their customer service, their text and email notification system allows for text replies and you get a response from a real person in a very short period of time. This helped confirm or reschedule appointments with ease and without having to make phone calls during the work day.

I previously went to a "chain dentist" in Albany who said I needed a lot of work, it would cost a lot of money and I could not alter the plan in any way. No one seemed to care what I thought. Dr. Tolman and his staff were courteous and thorough - they even asked about my fear level! They came up with a reasonable plan at a reasonable price and asked if I was OK with the plan. I would recommend Dr. Tolman to anyone who wants/needs a dentist, from regular checkups to serious dental work.
