I tried to make an appointment and gave them my insurance number. We set the appointment. Then they called later and said they canceled the appointment because my birthday was wrong. I called my insurance company, it was correct. I called them back and made sure they had the correct date and confirmed the appointment. Then a day later they called back and said they don't accept my insurance provider at all. The lady who was doing all this acted like they did not want me as a customer from the beginning. I made an appointment with another local dentist and did not have any of these problems. If they don't want customers they should just say so.

I had heard good reviews from them and then I got an appointment with them and went in, great at first, the dental assistant was nice but then comes the dentist and she was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. I'm never coming back. My husband had the same experience, he had seen a different dentist and he was extremely rude as well. Never coming back!

They got me in the same day!
I had a tooth keeping me awake and it made me miss a work meeting so I called and they were able to see me that day they not only took care of the problem tooth but also took care of a couple others while they were there. They didn’t waste any of my/their time and they were so nice about my anxiety!

Wonderful experience.i have really bad anxiety and they made me very calm and I got my emergency tooth extraction done without a panic attack I will definitely be going back.

This is a place to go for all your needs. The staff is so kind and caring. You go in as a customer and leave as family. Can't say enough about the wonderful service. Best place in southern Oregon. Thank you ADC.

I f I could give zero stars I would. We never got to see the dentist. We came in per request to sign paperwork to transfer my sons records and the front desk staff couldn’t have been more rude. They acted like it was a total pain to do the paperwork and shook their head in disgust every time he asked a question. I can’t imagine the dentists being good if they hire front desk staff like that.

Excellent staff that treat you as a priority 👍. Couldn't ask for better care. Very flexible scheduling, they worked with me even when I had to cancel an appointment. And got me in within the same week.I was very scared to get my wisdoms out but they made it easy. Marilyn is amazing, and super sweet! Thank you ADC for a great experience.
