Every body was real nice and very professional it was a very pleasant experience.

It’s a major decision but all the people made me feel totally safe and secure with our decision!

Overall, my experience at Aspen Dental was great. The employees were very nice, helpful and efficient. The dentist was nice and very gentle. The only thing, which I understand, I had to wait 2 hours to see the dentist. He was very busy.

So done and frustrated with this office. My husband has never had an appointment that has not been rescheduled at least 3 times (even when it was urgent), and now has a temporary crown that has been in place for almost 9 months. They have rescheduled him multiple times, had him come in once only to realize they made the crown wrong and sent him back home, and we just got another email today saying they need to reschedule his appointment yet again. They haven't even looked at the temporary to see if it's still good, and those aren't meant to be in place for more than a few weeks. Not only that, but we had to fight to get this appointment in place after they claimed to have tried to contact him multiple times to set it up (which wasn't true, we double checked his phone and email to be sure).

I read the reviews prior to going in for FREE x-rays and check-up. They were horrible. I was expecting an awful experience, but couldn't pass up their generosity with complimentary x-rays / check -up. The staff was super nice, energetic and forthcoming with information, as I had tons of questions post review perusal. I am now scheduled for a teeth cleaning next week for an affordable and fair price. Granted, they made me pay ahead of time for the appointment, which raises some red flags and my eyebrows... I'm still a little tentative moving forward with them, but the experience I had a couple days ago was 5 out of 5. I'm praying it continues...

I found the staff of Aspen Dental efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and glad to be there. I highly recommend them.

I went in for new dentures in Aug. 2020....I decided on the $3500 dollar set of dentures. I was told at that point it would take 4 weeks to get my new set of teeth. I paid 100% up front as they do not offer payment options as advertised.
It is now mid Dec. 3 doctors and 9 visits later, the dentures are still not correct. the teeth were so small you could not see them when I smiled. They were slanted, the bite was off., each visit was a complete disappointment and not even close fitting correctly. I contacted to office manager Bill this morning not even an apology. He will be refunding our money.
Not a good place to take your dental needs!

I was very happy with my whole experience at Aspen Dental. I called in because I had broken a tooth. They got me right in and started a plan to fix my tooth. The receptionist was very kind when I came in and greeted me kindly. The x-ray technician was excellent in taking my x-rays and I didn't gag once. I then met with the Dentist who put together a plan I could afford to save the tooth. He He explained all the procedure in detail. I met with the finance director who got all the information from my insurance so that I would know what my cost would be. I was very happy with the minimal cost and his kindness to my financial needs. I then had my procedure done in a couple of days and the dentist was great! The next week I met with the Hygienist. She was amazing and taught me things about my teeth and how to care for them that I didn't know. She was very knowledgeable in many areas of her field. I so enjoyed her very much. You can tell that she loves her job!!!

Victoria the office manager is awesome. The dental assistants Sophia and Bee were very caring and patient. Jeff the lab tech was so helpful.

This is the only dentist that has been able to deal with my fears. They removed my wisdom teeth with no problem. Pain is extremely minimal. I'm able to handle it with just Tylenol. I can't believe the work they do!
