Yesterday was my first visit to Aspen Dental. They were very thorough with my exam and had the latest equipment to use in the evaluation. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and informative. Although they offered services I wasn't expecting, I felt that they had my best interest at heart. The price for their services was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

They got me in quickly and most of the staff was fantastic. My only complaint was with the dentist that saw me. He was rude from the moment he walked into the room and his bedside manner was very cold. He never introduced himself to me and seemed annoyed that I was in pain. Going to the dentist is already traumatic enough, if I hadn't heard such good things about Aspen then I would have just stuck it out with my previous dentist. Bad experience or not, at least the last guy treated me like a human.

Some of the staff we great.. however when the dentist tells you that your mouth looks healthy from his exam and the x-rays..but the hygienist says you can't get your teeth cleaning until you agree to her several hundred dollar treatment..you kind of wondering if they get paid on commission? The finance lady who was very sweet said that the details of my visit weren't discussed between the hygienist and the dentist?
To me that is unprofessional and it doesn't make sense! I simply wanted a dental cleaning which I was told over the phone was $89 and could be done during my visit, however that turned into Aspen dental refusing to clean my teeth unless I agree to several treatments over a several day period that would cost me over $300! No thanks.

Went to see them as I have a tooth ache. I was there 6 months ago and they said because of virus they couldn't do any thing. The cray showed nothing. So went back last week and they said it was infection and needed to be extracted or patched.
I have called back and said pull it,WELL they tell me it will be 3 weeks befor they can pull it. Now remember this tooth is hurting!!!.
They did tell me to go Grant's pass, which is a hour away and maybe they could get me in early. NO they were booked far out.
They want your money but heaven help you if you have a tooth ache.
I have never hear of a dentist that can't get you in if you have a tooth ache!!!
Don't waste your money or time going here.

Had to get my front toothed filled from a chip and was terrified for various reasons. One, I have horrible anxiety from the dentist office and two because it was my front tooth and if it was filled poorly I would have been so upset. BUT NO WORRIES, the dentist was so incredible, so nice and I seriously didn't feel a thing. The lovely assistant reassured me before the procedure that he was great at what he does, and it was true and I couldn't be more happy! Thank you so much!

Excellent care, dentist, and staff. My root canal was performed without any trouble at all. I was able to listen to music to direct my attention away from the tinkering and discussions between doctor and staff that need to take place while at a dentist. Timeliness, attitude, end product, and price were excellent. I would recommend this dentist to any friend or any family member.

When I got there, there was one front desk secretary that gave me my doughty. I wanted to leave. She was rude and seemed like she was a miserable person. One of the other front desk office staff even confided in her to talk to a difficult insurance agency. "Give them a hard time, they were being rude". I stayed, still, but I really wanted to leave. I waited shortly when I was called back. The assistant that catered to me my whole visit was a sweetheart. We laughed she was easy going, absolutely changed my experience. The hygienist and dentist that came in were gentle and answered every question with a smile. Checking out going over my bill was a pleasure also. I didn't mind paying at all.

Visiting in Medford with a toothache I searched for an emergency dentist. Aspen Dental responded quickly and got me in just a few hours after I called. The staff was very friendly, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. There were X-rays and I was sent home with medication and advice to schedule a root canal. Thank you, Aspen Dental.

They were great super friendly, very informative and helpful!! I went to a competitor 2 days prior never even was seen by dentist and was quoted thousands more than Aspen Dental to do the same work!
