Easy to make appointments, seen same day. Everyone was nice. My smile was back within a few minutes. I dont have insurance so they gave me coupons and financing options. Happy girl. 😁

After reading good reviews about Aspen Dental, I decided to try it out. I am new to the state and I have been looking for a good dentist.
After waiting roughly 55 minutes to be seen, I’m taken back for the standard x-ray and the dentist comes in to see me for roughly 1.5 minutes. Then comes the dental hygienist who I assume will clean my teeth, as I had just told the dental assistant I was there for a check-up and cleaning. Every 6 month check-up I’ve been to in my life has included x-rays, a visit with the dentist and a cleaning.
The dental hygienist checks my teeth and two minutes later claims I have moderately severe gum disease. I’m somewhat skeptical as I’ve visited dentists pretty regularly my entire life and I’ve had two cavities in my 30 years. I also have dental insurance, so one would assume with a check-up that their teeth will be cleaned.
Anyway, she explains that I need something like a deep clean and an antibiotic put in my infected gum pockets. I’m then sent to deal with insurance and pricing and I’m told that with my insurance I’ll have to pay $1300 out of pocket that day, for a 30-40 minute procedure. I went home to think on it and called back to let them know I can’t afford the procedure at this time, but ask if I can go back in to have my teeth cleaned. I am told I need to speak with the dental hygienist about this, and she claims that the doctor will not allow her to do a simple cleaning of my teeth and the only way they can help me is if I have the procedure she claims I need. So, that was a long story, but I feel that Aspen Dental takes advantage of their patients and that’s a very unfortunate thing. I am an RN and I believe in treating people with kindness, respect and above all, truthfulness. Shame on this place.

I had a very good experience with Aspen dental....They were able to get me in quickly and took care of my problem within a 24hr period of time and the cost was reasonable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Called me 5 hours before my appointment to say they gave someone else my time slot after I got confirmation via text and multiple emails saying, your all set, your appointment is confirmed.

So far this place is great! I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the dentist I seen was very efficient. Quick in Quick out for my first check up and the best part was at the end for setting up next appointment they were up front about cost and how to plan for the next visit.

Staff at Aspen dental are very nice and good at what they do from the front desk to the examination chair. My only complaint would be "no fault of them" short staffing had me there for 4 hours waiting to get tooth pulled.

After reading the reviews for other locations, I admit I was pretty sceptical at first but after 3 appts at the Medford office I can honestly say I don't have any complaints. Not even one. Of course I still have several more appts to get through but I'm not anticipating any problems whatsoever. I'll update my review should anything change. Definitely recommend Aspen Dental Medford Oregon to anyone needing Dental work.

First of all the whole staff was really nice. I’ve never experienced this before.
I had tooth abscess and in a lot of pain.
They were able to get X-rays which I was sure cause more pain.
I will continue to proceed with the rest of treatment with them.

I was having anxiety for sometime before I went in for my appointment. The people there are so friendly and understanding, no judgement just very kind and understanding. I would highly recommend aspen dental to everyone:)
