Very friendly until you tell them you are not interested paying for the additional charges that they want to bill you for. Went in to have a tooth replaced in my dentures that I had lost the night before. Not the first time that I have had to do this so I know the routine. Normally takes less than an hour and costs $60.00 to $120.00 depending on if you have the tooth or not. The person at the desk takes my dentures back to the dentist who gives him a load of bull to hand me when he comes back. Well sir according to the law we can only do this if you have a first time visit as well. I told him that that was not true as I had had it done other places without that, I guess all of those other places could be breaking the law, so he changed it to well that is our policy. Told him to give me the damn dentures back and I would go elsewhere. Of course during this conversation other staff are ducking out to tell the dentist whats going on but he just sticks his head out and retreats.

Can't say this enough if you want good care please go to Aspen, I've been going here since 2018, best care ever, I'm a chicken when it comes to the dentist the WHOLE STAFF makes you comfortable and I really think they care!!!!!

Great place! Everytime i come in they always know me by name and I always have a wonderful experience. Super fast and quality work they have done quite alot of work with me and everytime is just as pleasant as the one before very professional with AMAZING results! Would highly recommend Aspen as your next dentist!!

Does not take OHP and rescheduled my appointment without my knowledge or approval. Had an appointment at 1:45pm and they rescheduled it to 3pm - even my text reminder said 1:45pm. When calling to cancel the appointment (after I found another dental place to take OHP), the guy offered to reschedule and when I said no and just wanted to cancel, he said, "okay, call us if you change your mind," and hung up on me without another word.

Was able to get in the next day . We had a free consolation appointment and my husband dentures will be relined in one day. The staff was very friendly and professional.

We were given a same day appointment but got lost due to bad direction. We waited an hour to be seen , then had to wait more to see a manager. The whole process took from four till after six. The Doc and workers were kind and seemed capable.
