To be truthful this was a while ago. Went to get TMJ botox, everything was great the first visit and Botox round! It was the second round that made me stop going.
Had the right side done first, I had gotten in a long conversation with the assistant. Dr.Catt didn’t care to tell me to be quiet, instead put the shot in my face as I was talking to his assistant. Got oddly quiet in the room as assistant and I realized what he did. Embarrassed, I still had a question for Dr. Catt. The Botox was working well to slim my face, can we do anything to continue that to surrounding areas? He looked at me, turned…and said…”I don’t know if you’ve seen what an Asian man looks like, but you might start to look like that if we continue with this” This happened early Covid. I realize Dr. Catt is a very popular dentist in this area, and I’m surprised as heck honestly. Every professional I’ve told this to has been in shock. It’s been a while since this happened, but it still bothers me to this day. Who makes Asian comments in Covid times? Early Covid times but Still…I never got an apology.The assistant stayed behind and talked with me for about 5 minutes after the ordeal, which was different from the first Botox round where I was taken to pay fairly quickly. Pretty sure she was trying to smooth things out, which kinda worked. I was just in shock

I saw Dr. Catt for dental Botox and I can say that I am so happy that I chose him for help with my TMJ. I have had this problem for years and for the first time in my life, I am finally pain free! Dr. Catt did an amazing job with the procedure and was so nice and easy to talk to. He has a great hand with injections as I felt little to no pain. His staff is lovely as well. I would 100% recommend him to anyone struggling with TMJ.

Dr. Catt and team are so friendly that they make going to the dentist enjoyable. From their friendly smiles to the chapstick applied so you don’t get dry lips during your appointment to the warm scented towel at the end - it’s all around 5 star service. I personally like the way Dr. Catt explains things, he doesn’t just use dental jargon and expect you to understand, he puts it in a way that is super easy to understand. Never thought I’d say this but I actually enjoy going to the dentist and that is because of Dr. Catt and his team!
