Absolute! Best dentist office 🙌🏽! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming Front desk, Assistant’s, Hygienists, Dentist they have all made my dental experience great! Coming from someone with high anxiety with dental procedures. My whole family has been going here for years. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Dr. Wu for 3 years and have had only a positive experience. Their insurance has worked well for me. Dr. Julie is the best anesthetist I have ever had and had I grown up with her I would never have been afraid to go to the dentist. They don't push any kind of my treatments on me and allow me to pick and choose how and when I want my mouth repaired. It's a great atmosphere with quality staff and dental care by both Drs. Wu. I can highly recommend.

My family and I have had great experiences with Wu Family Dentistry. Dr Kevin pulled my sons wisdom teeth painlessly and with great results. My daughters front chipped tooth was fixed flawlessly, and I have had cavities and a broken tooth repaired. I've been to other dentists in the valley and believe the Wu's are the best.

Receptionist laughed at me for asking if I could make an appointment today for a broken tooth. I'm already panicking because I've never broken a tooth before and she made me feel humiliated. Would not recommend this place.

I don't normally rant...but here we go. Pretty disgusted with Wu & Wu: Wu Kevin H DDS. I had some dental work done and they told me what the procedure would cost, what my insurance SHOULD cover and then what my out of pocket would be.My out of pocket could be a little higher or a little lower. It did end up being a little lower and I was required to pay that amount before I left. 3 days later I get a bill for $90.00 because my insurance did not pay as much as projected. They deal with this insurance company ALL the time...$90.00 off. Unacceptable. I paid the bill but not before I let them know how disappointed I was. My rant is over...I feel better. I DO NOT recommend Wu & Wu: Wu Kevin H DDS.

In my opinion and based on my experience, I believe the "Wu Family General Dentistry" practice in Medford, OR placed my dental, physical, and emotional health at significant risk because Dr. Kevin Wu drilled four teeth too deep, and then put in crowns that were not supported by what was left of the teeth.

I went in on 10/28/2014 for a “deep” dental cleaning and x-rays. I was told by Dr. Julie Wu that it was necessary to get 4 crowns on my four maxillary incisors (your four front teeth on top) because "they could no longer be filled".

Between 12/08/2014 and 01/07/2015 the four teeth were prepped and permanent crowns were seated. Ten days later on 01/17/2015 one of the lateral incisor crowns (tooth # 7) broke off. On 01/20/15 I went back to Dr. Kevin Wu. Not only did the crown break off but also the healthy tooth inside the crown. I was told by Dr. Kevin Wu that I had no option and he then "had to extract what remained of the tooth" and he made a temporary bridge.

On 01/29/2015 a second lateral maxillary incisor crown and tooth broke (tooth # 10). I will not go back to Dr. Kevin Wu for fear he will only give me the option of extracting the second tooth. I still wake from nightmares after the extraction of tooth # 7.

Two out of 4 crowns have broken off in a matter of 22 days. I am afraid to eat anything for fear the other two crowns will break off.

After paying Wu Family Dentistry over $4,400.00 (between my insurance and myself), I am left missing two teeth and the fear of losing the other two.

Do not go to these two dentists! I went for what I thought was a routine replacement of a filling that had dropped out. Dr. Kevin Wu told me the tooth was too weak to support a filling, and said I needed a crown. I believed him; he is a dentist and if you can't trust the professional opinion of a dentist, who can you trust?

He put in the crown, and then suggested I have another crown put in next to it because that tooth was also weak and he wanted to "match the coloration" of the two crowns. Stupidly I agreed. Within two weeks one of the crowns broke off, with what he left as the tooth to go inside the crown also breaking off. I was eating rice and vegetables at the time!

He drilled out what we thought was the remaining tooth and he put in a bridge. I went to another dentist, and he said he has seem many patients of the Wu Family Dentistry practice who had unnecessary work done. He explained the Wu's are more motivated by "cosmetics" than actually healthy tooth restoration. He told me I should have stopped Dr. Wu when I went back for the broken crown, and I wouldn't spend the rest of my life with a bridge, and I would have saved a ton of money.

Again, avoid this "practice" and advise any friends to avoid them. I don't know what Dr. Kevin Wu learned in Beijing, but apparently it was how to make the most money off unsuspecting American patients!

Dr. Kevin Wu is knowledgeable, discusses and describes his procedures and very accurate. Four crowns on implants. Excellent. No problems at all. Will recommend him to anyone.
