Front office people are very friendly and helpful. The hygienist, was personable and had a good sense of humor. She was very thorough and spent time to educate me on my x-rays and general health of my gums and teeth. The information was helpful. Dr Davis was very nice and personable. He examined my teeth and said all looked good.

About 6 years ago my well trusted and respected dentist in Ashland quit taking my insurance so I had to find another. I went to two different ones and was unhappy with the quality of service and/or feeling like a commodity. My husband who is a super picky person had gone to Northwest and liked them. I read the good reviews as well so thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. I have needed a crown and a filling so far. Dr Bryan really listened and got the work right. The hygienist is kind, professional and thorough and the office staff are friendly. I feel confident that I made the right choice.

Absolutely the best! After years of bad experiences, I'm absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and with extremely sensitive teeth, it's very hard for me to get numb for any dental work.
Kerri was wonderful to work with on the phone. She was professional, kind and courteous and did a fantastic job with the follow up emails to make sure I was ready for my appointment.
Cindy is fantastic and so good at her job! You can tell she loves where she works and what she does as it shows through her treatment of patients and her professional attitude.
Dr.Davis is absolutely amazing! He is a strait shooter but yet is never rude or demeaning towards his patients. He is kind, caring, thoughtful and makes you feel very relaxed. His talents as a dentist are unrivaled (except by possibly Dr. Bryan) and he is by far the most gentle dentist I have ever seen. Absolutely would recommend NorthWest Dental to anyone hoping to find the best of the best of the best!

Dr. Davis is great at what he does. He’s thorough, honest and calming. He has your best interest in mind. He always tries to fix a tooth and give it a chance before taking extreme and expensive measures to correct the problem.
Carmen is my hygienist and I can’t say enough about her. She is so positive and encouraging. Super funny! Im so grateful to have meet her. She takes her time to give me a thorough cleaning and explains to me the importance of clean and healthy teeth.
I use to have the worst anxiety. I couldn’t sit in the chair without earbuds and laughing gas. Now I look forward to my dental visits!

I have been a patient here for 5 years and find the hygienists, assistants and Dr. Bryan to be capable, consistent and thoughtful. I don’t know Dr Davis myself but my husband has had a good experience with he and his staff. I would recommend.
