You guys are AWESOME! If you had not pointed out an issue with my gums-not part of the reason for my visit- I would not have known about it until it was much worse! ...and then pointed out that my insurance had overpaid and I had a credit! When you moved I had no hesitation in following you to your new office. The staff is the BEST!

Open Door Family Dentistry has 6 core values- kindness, ambition, adaptability, positivity, integrity and collaboration. I can confidently say that the entire office excells at reaching all 6 values and providing a service unlike anyone else in the valley. The doctors there have completely alleviated my fear of dentists and the hygienists actually make me excited for my next cleaning! Never thought I would be saying that! Their hours are so convenient, I didn't need to take off work and was even seen last minute on a Saturday!

My 22 year old little brother and I came in to get his teeth cleaned and the were very disrespectful to him. Two grown women that were working on his teeth were degrading him the whole time about how terrible his teeth were and how she was working double time cause they were so bad. No matter what condition your patients teeth are in you should not make them feel any type of way for coming in and paying out of pocket to try and fix them. We will NEVER go back to this office again! How dare someone treat another person this way!
