Front staff was extremely friendly however we were referred out for a root canal or extraction, called the next day to be told it could be done in office, cool. Went in and it turned into a surgery. My fiance was given only 3 shots and nothing else to help with pain. No laughing gas, not put under, no options, nothing. I was outside with our kids waiting or I would have demanded something else. He had his tooth cut into 4 pieces and yanked out while a nurse held his head still and the dentist literally just torqued on him and yanked it out. I feel it was not done in a manner that is acceptable at all. He was then only prescribed motrin when the paperwork clearly states he should be taking pain meds for the first day at LEAST, especially for sleeping. I called to get him something stronger as he was already in a lot of pain and swollen and was told no. He had a severe fear of dentists and this has made the whole experience worse. The ladies at the desk were wonderful however the dentist seemed very non personable and uninterested almost.

Made emergency appointment last night and got in the next day. It was fast and easy with no pain. I couldn't ask for a better team. Thank you ODFD!!!!

This dentist office impressed me from the start!! From the front office staff to all the professional staff in between including the amazing doctor!! So happy my insurance works so well there and the are opened on Saturdays!! This is a Win-Win Dentist office!!😊

Excellent service and the most affordable dental care in Southern Oregon. I finally found a place where my whole family can afford regular dental cleanings. Their dental plan is unbelievably affordable and it covers everything we need. Great staff that welcome you.

I was a lucky patient at Open Door today. I was reticent before with the initial pandemic when I cancelled my appointment. due to the Covid fear. I worried that I did not want to enter s clinic with Covid running rampant everywhere else! This office has it together. They all wear masks. They are respectful of your fears, kindhearted and understanding. They take your temperature. If you need s dentist, hygienist, x-ray, polishing or just awesome people to solve your “dental fears” I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Go there!
