I went in to get a crown re-cemented. I was told I needed a cleaning and x-rays. That was the worst, most painful procedure I have had to date. There was not a very good bedside manner with the Dr and I. Wanted to give it zero stars but it wasn't an option.

I called every single place in Klamath Falls where I live for an emergency appointment. They either didn’t take my insurance, don’t take emergency patients or new patients at all, or didn’t offer a reasonable pricing if they didn’t take my insurance. I got pricing from several places in Klamath Falls from $300- $500 for JUST an extraction (not including an evaluation) No one offers payment plans that could get me in. I am a student without a job at the time. "Well since ya can’t afford it paid in full, we’ll let you ‘possibly’ die from an infected tooth. Have a good day." is basically what I got from dental offices in Klamath Falls. I was in excruciating pain and If you don’t know, tooth infections can kill people if it’s bad enough. I was in so much pain that I had to drive to Medford (an hour and a half) and I was so BLESSED to find Open Door Family Dentistry. Although they didn't take my insurance, they were SO reasonable and didn’t charge over $400 for a simple extraction. I only paid $237 for a full exam, full x-rays, panoramic x-rays, a cleaning, AND an emergency extraction SAME DAY. This was all caused by a dentist that poorly filled my tooth a year ago in Klamath Falls. The staff was amazing and comforting during this process and pulled my tooth with no pain. THANK YOU FOR SETTING THE EXAMPLE OF COMFORTABLE/AFFORDABLE DENTAL CARE FOR THE PEOPLE. 11/10 would recommend.
