Always fast. Building clean. Everyone is polite, and Susan is the best dam dental hygienist I have ever met. As long as she is there, I will continue to be a patron. Thanks for thr wonderful service.

Friendly, Fast and Affordable dental care. They work with many insurance providers and have options for non-insured dental maintenance plans. The Dentists and Hygienists are very professional and friendly. It has been a positive experience every time I visit Open Door.

This place is terrible. Clearly, not operating at the same quality as the location in Grants Pass. Called last week to have my charts sent over to the Medford location, as I had moved. Show up to my appt and my charts still hasn’t arrived, no biggie. But then the lady wants to take X-rays, for no apparent reason, other than to recharge my insurance I presume. I stopped her and explained I should only be here for a cleaning and just had X-rays and the like taken within the last year at the other location, if only she would for my chart. The lady at the front desk explained my chart was never sent upon my request, yet upon calling the GP location, the lady had my phone call time and the time she had transferred my chart to Medford. To that I say, whereas GP is a great place to go, the medford location is just disorganized and quick to attempt to over/recharge you unnecessarily. I would look elsewhere for you dental needs!

As usual, I'm not a big fan of dentist office. Thank you for doing a good job and going the extra mile I had. Fernande as dental hygienist. I'm sorry but I don't know the doctor's name. He was awesome. My tooth was broken and very difficult to remove. He went the extra mile to remove it. I appreciate that
