Dr. Jung and his assistant Marlin were amazing yesterday! Becky and I didn’t catch her name the other Receptionist are amazing too. They got me in super fast to see Paige the very next day after finding out yesterday that I have a small case of Gestational gingivitis for a deep cleaning. The dentist is never fun, but they all made my experience as good as possible. Great conversations, pointers for baby and I as far as dental hygiene goes, and just overall nice people at this location on east main. Thank you smile keepers. See you in 6 months. ❤️

You can wait months for an appt. But they do have cancelations and will call you if something comes up sooner than your scheduled appt. Since Covid is getting better though, some appts aren't as long a wait as it has been. Honestly, aside from that. The best dental service I've ever had in my 40 years of going to the dentist. Front desk ladies are courteous and helpful. Awesome hygienists. My dentist is gentle and amazing! I'm not even mad at the out of pocket costs because the service is superior and well worth it! I highly recommend this office. Great experiences all the way around for me!

Dr Hald is so completely rude and unpleasant. I went in for an exam. She never introduced herself, had to learn my chart as I was sitting in the chair and gave me no explanation as to what was going on. The only reason I knew her name was from my appointment card. she was counting teeth that had already been extracted years ago. I'm sure she's been doing her profession for some time but the complete lack of care and compassion showed she's only there for the check. She only spoke with her assistant and never gave details to what needed to be done. I was only informed of the SDF that they wanted to apply to my teeth which turns the cavity black and the 600 dollar mouth gaurd they wanted to charge me for without ever telling me why. I was very uneasy about it and when I tried to explain my concern she rolled her eyes pulled her glasses down and straight up said "then don't do it" and walked out of the room. I don't expect much being on state insurance. But to be treated like a ticket instead of a person was exactly what she did. I left in tears. The only pleasant part about the experience was the sweet receptionist that actually showed compassion to my feelings as she could visibly see I was upset. 0 out 0 for this dentist.

Smile keepers was one of the few to take my insurance. So I made an appointment (3 months out) and told them I would just like my teeth cleaned. When my appointment finally came around, I was summond for jury duty and forced to miss the appointment. When I tried to reschedule it I was told I would have to wait another 6 months and that my appointment was never for a cleaning but for a "new patient exam". I specifically told them when I made the original appointment that I would like my teeth cleaned. Overall, I feel the way they do business and the extensive waits to get in are ridiculous. Never in my life have I encountered this and I will gladly pay out of pocket to go back to my previous dentist! (Premier Dental Care is awesome)

Been my dentist office for every dentist need I encounter or 911 dental emergency I've had they are very busy an super fully booked up appointment schedule but have a cancelation call list to get any appointment someone either no showed or canceled.

Walk-ins beware. I arrived at this office to aquire some antibiotics for an infection in my mouth. I arrived at 8:00 am and waited until 11 with zero attention after filling out 6 pages of paperwork. I just stormed out .

I can't believe a place like this would cancel an appt for someone if they didn't confirm their appt by calling in! Instead my husband clicked the link provided from your company to confirm! Which stated "confirmed" see you at your appt!!! Especially after waiting 6 months to get in!

The first visit was rough. You would think if the dentist knows your gums are sensitive/inflamed they would take it easy for examination but I left bloody and even more inflamed. The receptionist was calling the wrong people for a good 5 minutes. No phone call/email reminder of my filling appointment. A different receptionist filed my filling appointment on the wrong day and they took their sweet time opening the doors when I had already told the call center over the phone that I was standing outside the front door of the building. If you like wasting time and dealing with people who are "click happy" then you'll have the best experience here!
