Dr Ji has gone above and beyond at every point to manage my complicated dental issues, all while putting my mental & physical comfort at the forefront of his bedside manner.
Dr Ji and the OCS team genuinely care about their patients, and they make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk through the door. I was offered nitrous to ease my anxiety, Diane was kind & gentle when working on my gums, Dr Ji talked me through the entire dental procedure, he thought outside the box for solutions for my bite issues, he stayed late to see me, and took my panicked phone calls when I was having an issue.
Although dental work can be scary & painful, you can feel reassured that you are with a dental team that you can trust and who will support you through all aspects of your dental needs.

I was a previous patient of Dr. Glenn before Dr. Sung and Dr. Jung took over the practice and changed to Oregon City Smiles. i was a little nervous about the change because going to dentists can cause so much anxiety and i've had over prescribed treatment in the past (Not Dr. Glenn). I was relieved to see the same dental hygienist i had come to trust and appreciate still working there and have seen nothing but great service and careful, detailed explanations of what my teeth need...Dr. Jung was clearly concerned about doing what was best for the health of my tooth when i needed a crown and not pushing for the higher-cost root canal. Her manner was always gentle, patient and professional. I felt i was in expert hands the whole time.

Both doctors are kind and patient. They explain the treatments needed and the various options I have. The dental assistants and hygienists are good and professional. Jamie, the receptionist works with the insurance people so I don't have to. They make the experience of going to the dentist as pleasant as possible.

Really great. They talked to me about options, and what I wanted to get taken care of. I've been to too many dentists that just steamroll you with what they think you need to get done first. Realistically and financially that isn't always possible, so it's nice to find a dentist that keeps your feelings and budget in mind. Also everyone was super nice, gentle, and efficient.
