Bravo Smile with Dr Flath's staff is always a pleasure. From the friendly and easy way of Chris at the front desk to Heather the dental hygienist answering all my questions about dental plaque vs. tartar, what causes gum recession and even the most recent research on tooth brushing. Stellar care and great staff all around!

I would like to give a shoutout to my wonderful dental hygienist, Ellen. Thank you for the great conversation every time I come to see you. Thank you for being understanding about my dental anxiety. Thank you for your deep knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions.

I’ve never seen a dental practice like this. One hygienist gets to know you and takes you on as their patient. They schedule their own appointments with you every six months. They remember things about your life and ask you questions. Maybe this is simply the standard practice now, but I’ve never seen it anywhere else I go. It is so nice to have this individualized attention, and to see the same hygienist every six months.

Oh yeah... and Dr. Flath is okay too, I guess. ;) I don’t need much dental work done so I barely interact with him, honestly.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have found this practice. I followed Dr. Flath from his previous practice and have enjoyed my experience, even more, as a patient of his private practice. Dr. Flath is patient, approachable, courteous, and respectful. He genuinely wants the best for his patients, and considers patient input when developing his care plans. It's clear that his first priority is his patients - this is reinforced by the way in which his staff interacts with me. I have had several questions about my appointments and ongoing care plan and have called his office for advice on too many occasions to count. Each time, his staff has been respectful and courteous; they are warm and inviting, and they won't allow me to apologize or feel badly for asking questions. Dr. Flath and his team care for me as I imagine they would any of their family members, and that is hard to find when it comes to dental care. I would follow Dr. Flath and his team wherever they may go - so grateful to have found such a competent and friendly practice!

I don't usually do these Google Reviews, but I will make an exception. Dr. Flath and dental hygienist Heather are the best. The professionally do what they are supposed to do, with no fuss. Very nice folks to boot.

I have been going to Dr. Flath for a few years and it's been a wonderful experience. As someone who generally doesn't like dentist appointments, I can say that the staff at BravoSmile make them much better. The staff is always friendly and kind. Dr. Flath takes time to listen to concerns. Even when I leave their office with a tender mouth, I don't leave in a bad mood.

I love the people there. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I honestly wish that I could hang out there more often. Or, like… get invited to there office parties or something. They’re my kind of people.

Dr. Flath is a great guy. He’s always happy, up-beat, and personable.

I can’t say enough good stuff about BravoSmile. My wife hated going to the dentist (to the point she need sedatives just for a cleaning), until I convince her to give these guys a shot. Now she has no problems doing the cleanings.

Great people, excellent quality care. Look, ma, no cavities! For many, many years. They have been great working with my wife, who has demetia. Even when she is in one of her "don't tell me what to do" moods, Ellen, the hygenist, can get my wife happy and her teeth clean.

Dr. Flath and his dental team are great! They're all very friendly and always remember me. They are located in a central place too which is easy for me to get to. highly recommend!

Super nice and empathetic Dental Hygienists! Dentist seemed nice enough but it was a short interaction with him. Only not 5 stars because of some billing confusion I'm experiencing. I asked about how much my dental insurance would be taking off the total of the bill and they said they'd have to check that and that they'd email me that with the bill and how to pay it. It's been about a week and a half and I still haven't gotten an email yet so it's just makin me a lil anxious

Dr Flath and the entire staff are incredibly nice and have always done a great job with my teeth. I've been with him from the start of his business, no complaints!
