Not organized in the gathering of initial info. Also not user friendly. Turns out, the Dr I was recommended to see is no longer there and I was given no indication that the new doctors had the same kind of expertise.

I’m very impressed with all the little steps they take to make the visits very professional and thorough. Definitely a step above other dentists I’ve gone to. Dr Eid and all the staff are very kind and welcoming.

Couldn’t recommend this dentist enough. Came in last minute due to a severely infected wisdom tooth and they took it out that same day despite not having any openings. They are compassionate and really make you feel like they care about you and your well-being. Their prices seem to be more affordable than your average dentist and with their dental savers plan even without insurance the bill isn’t that high. I can’t sing their praises enough! Thank you timber dental ❤️

I had a great experience at Timber Dental. You are able to schedule appointments online -- even for new patients which is so convenient. From there you can also fill out all your paperwork. When I arrived all I needed to do was give them a physical copy of my insurance card to copy and I was taken back within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Knowing my paperwork was all taken care of means I didn't have to arrive extra early. There is parking right next to the building that was $11 for 90 minutes (length of a cleaning). I received a lot of face to face with the dentist which isn't common in most dental offices. When checking my teeth they made sure to explain things they were looking for and addressed concerns I had about my smile. I was out within 90 minutes including x-rays and booking my next appointment.

The office gave me the "in network" estimate and I signed up for the implant placement. But then they replaced the doctor with the one who is OUT of network and my true cost went up more than 50% without warning while I was in the middle of the process.

I drive all the way down from La Center to see Dr. Eid because she & her team are so great! They’ve helped me with an emergency root canal; crown placement; fillings; & cleanings. As much as we all hate going to the dentist, I actually really enjoy going to my appointments. The office is easy to get to from I-5. Parking is super easy, too!

After three visits to Timber Dental DT (emergency, new patient and a deep cleaning with other work), I can say that this is the best dental practice I have ever visited.
The reception staff that has been consistently friendly, efficient and very accommodating (especially when I was running late to my first visit),
The billing office has coordinated with my insurance company and provided easily understandable cost estimates.
The procedures undertaken by Dr. Eid and Dr. Faraz, as well as my hygienist were almost completely pain-free. I think it was a combination of their expertise and warmth that made this possible.

So far everything is great at Timber Dental! Great service, great work, easy to make appointments without having to wait months, they work in tandem with the other Timber Dental offices so it’s super easy to switch if you accidentally call the wrong one. Everyone is super nice and they take my insurance so it wasn’t even expensive!! 5 stars. So happy I found a new good dentist. And they give you free reign of Netflix with a tv on the ceiling.

The best experience I've ever had in a dentist's office. I've had deep rooted tooth extraction trauma from childhood and the doctor and the staff made me feel at ease right away and made sure that I did not feel an iota of pain during the entire process. It really opened me up to get regular check ups as it was such a pain free experience. 110% recommend them for your dental needs!!
