Going to any dentist makes me nervous, but at Timber Dental I was at ease. The staff are very attentive and friendly, focused on making sure everyone feels welcome, safe, and improving people's health/smile. They have a bunch of in network insurance companies, but if you don't have insurance, they have different payment plans and such to help out. Timber Dental will definitely become my primary dentist!

Dr. Bondarew & the whole staff are amazing. I was visiting from out of state in December and the veneer to my upper front tooth came off. Thinking it was likely a long-shot, I called this dental office. They not only got me in the next morning, they were able to give me a temporary right away, and gave me a new, permanent veneer the day after that! Within 24 hours, I got a temp & permanent replacement. I couldn't believe the turn around time. And it looks amazing! I could not be happier with how it came out. It's the upper front tooth, so it's the most noticeable set of teeth when you smile. It matches the front tooth next to it perfectly. It's like an art form how he and his staff work. From the initial phone call, to the receptionist, dentist, assistant, and billing person, I could not have had a more pleasant experience. Very friendly, professional, experienced, and accommodating. I honestly cannot think of a time when I had a better experience at a dentist's office. They're the best.

I am new to the area and needed an urgent visit for a broken molar. Timber Dental was able to get me in within 48 hours and right before a 3 day weekend. The entire team is amazing as was Dr. Garcia who managed to fit me with a temporary crown on that first visit. The entire staff is amazing and super friendly. I already have followup appointments booked and have no need to continue looking for a dentist in Portland.

I had an overdue cleaning and check up this morning and had an amazing experience. The front staff was so friendly, quick to check me in, and transparent/painless with the insurance and billing. My dental assistant and dentist walked me through every step of the way and both were very kind and professional. The environment is modern, clean, and they even have TVs above the chairs to look at your X-rays and watch Netflix! I honestly left feeling like I had treated myself, thanks Timber NE! I will be 100% recommending and coming back!

It was my first time at Timber Dental, looking to get help removing some of my wisdom teeth. Dr. Garcia was great, he listed all my options to see what will work best for me and my situation. My hygenest (Tiffany) was amazing, warm and relaxed she explained all options and their costs before I had to make decitions, during an extensive cleaning she was extremely accommodating and worked with me on both time and comfort (my nerves were getting to me in the middle).
The dentist (don't remember his name at the moment) was similarly warm and relaxed. He explained the state of things and his recommendations were both conservative and preventative, I feel like I got the right level of recommendation where another dentist may have suggested more extreme procedures to cover their buts or pad their pockets.
All costs checked through my insurance before I made any decisions or commitments and it felt very transparent.
