Still a devote follower of Dr Garcia! Very gentle and kind! He's definitely helped with my anxiety with dentist appointments.
The ONLY downside was, during my last visit, I had a not so pleasent experience with somone at the front desk (Bonnie). When I tried to schedule my next cleaning, she basically made it sound like I have one option and that was it. When I asked if she could check my insurance to verify something (since other staff have done this for me before), she made it sound like it was pointless. Just seemed a bit rude and uncaring. She didn't seem at all interested in helping me. Kind of had a "take it or leave it" attitude. For the first time at Timber Dental, I felt unwelcome. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe I wasn't communicating what I was saying well enough?
Either way, the experience made me want to just walk out...However, my past experiences here have always been so positive so I will keep returning. All the other staff that I have encountered here have otherwise been so friendly. Still 5 STARS for Timber Dental (minus Bonnie).

I will forever sing praises for this place! I was scheduled to see another doctor (I really wanted to see Dr Garcia, who I normally see, but he didn't have any openings). So I was pleasently surprised when I saw Dr. Garcia, who said he would see me instead! You guys, he's awesome. Very gentle, soft spoken, and caring! I highly recommend him!
The dental assistants, Amethyst and Nick, were also very kind and funny. They helped put me at ease a bit since I can't emphasize enough as to how increidibly terrified of the dentist office I normally am!
Additionally, they do a great job adhering to COVID protocols/safety. I felt safe and comfortable at this location.

In a time where being close to people is hard to do, if not just unnerving in general - the staff all made me feel so very welcomed and comfortable throughout my experience.
I just went in for a cleaning and check-up but I am excited to see how they can help me and my oral health. The dentist was very warm and straight forward about my treatment plan. No unnecessary recommendations or trying to upsell me. 👍👍

Heidi my dental hygienist was soooo sweet and Dr. Michelle was great- straight to the point. First visit here and I will definitely continue coming here. I have a difficult/different insurance plan and they worked through it. Also the office is really modern and cute.

Staff are all extremely friendly and kind, make me feel welcome and well taken care of every time I am in there. Timber Dental has been a great Dentist office. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work and they have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my treatments. My only issue with the office, in general, is their "pay upfront" policy. i.e you have to pay for the treatment when you make the appointment. Not ideal and I have never experienced this before. Otherwise it is a great place!!
