I am very happy with this office, My whole life I went to the same dentist since I was 8 years old. When I moved to Oregon I had a very hard time finding a new dental office I felt I could trust. Timber dental won my business because of one employee named Skyler. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable. This earned my trust. I am also very happy with the work that was done by both my hygienist and the doctor.

Timber dental was really clean & organized. They got me in for an appt quickly and scheduled me for my root canal within a week. My other dental place could not get me in until May! Dr Madeline is the sweetest and I felt in good hands!

Everyone here is professional, thorough, and nice! I feel like I get great, thoughtful service each time. Lot of great characters here too- I try not to laugh while I have my mouth wide open LOL. When I first was looking for a dental office in Portland, I stumbled upon Timber Dental. Good reviews and walkable for me. They managed to schedule me pretty quick, which was great for me as I was in a time crunch with my insurance. I’ve since made this my regular dental office in Portland, and I don’t regret it.

Timber Dental has been one of the best dental offices I have been too in a long time! All of Timbers amazing staff from front to back show all patients great care in a nice laid back environment. Lexi is a wonderful hygienist who is super knowledgeable about oral hygiene but she never sounds like she dumbing it down for you. And the doctors are all amazing. Timber is one of the best!

It was easy to establish care here. They even went out of there way to contact me and offer sooner New Patient appointments when there were cancelations. All of the staff members were incredibly friendly and professional. The dentist, Dr. Peter Garcia, was able to explain there assessment findings in a way I could understand. I haven't been to the dentist in a while and was so happy to have such a smooth experience so far.

Dr. B and Jackie had fantastic bedside manner, were efficient and were very knowledgeable.
They were able to get me a temporary crown the same day and took extreme care to make sure the crown fit just right.
I'm new to Portland but was very impressed by this office and staff. I will continue to come here for all my dental needs and have also referred them to my wife. Thanks again!

I had a dental emergency and my usual dentist was out of town. Timber dental was able to get me in the next day. They were kind, helpful and efficient. The atmosphere/decor feels great. From the front desk person, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was warm and listened to me. I had a great experience.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! As someone who would get anxiety attacks just from sitting in a dentist chair, I’ve never felt more relaxed going in to get dental work! The staff goes out of their way to explain each procedure and made me feel as comfortable as possible, not rushed at all and definitely a quick an efficient process. I’ve had a crown and three cavities filled so far and didn’t feel a thing! Easy, smooth, everyone was very friendly and professional with a calm relaxed atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!

Set up my initial appointment. Drove 30 min in traffic to get only to find out my appointment had been given away to someone else. The front desk person told me that because I didn't confirm my appointment via text or phone prior my appointment had been cancelled. Funny thing is they didn't send me a text and had only called the day before and NEVER LEFT A VOICEMAIL! How was I supposed to know I needed to confirm if they never left a message or a text?
This lack of professionalism/competence has led to me to take my business elsewhere. If a business cannot even do a simple thing like communicate about appointment times I wouldn't want them working on my teeth. The facility seemed nice but the lack of organization was a dealbreaker for me.
