I dread the dentist and have been going to Timber Dental for a few year now and absolutely love it. They were incredibly sensitive to the fact I get anxiety at the dentist, were caring, compassionate, nonjudgemental, checked in and gave me breaks. The office itself is super clean, stylish, and welcoming. They were also receptive to using bamboo toothbrushes and wanting to lower their plastic output when I spoke to them about biodegradable flossers. Their out of pocket costs are affordable as well for regular cleanings and packages they offer. They waived fees for me on one visit when I didn't realize I had to pay extra for the x-ray.

I always enjoy my visits at Timber Dental. Everyone gives great customer service and are very accommodating. Dr. Garcia is very efficient, kind, and easy to talk to. I've been a customer for 8+ years and have never had better service elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the space is super noisy and not comfortable. Given the hefty estimate I received, I'd at least like to have the work done in a quiet space. And while they were nice enough, something was off. It was very impersonal. And the person who went over the estimate and billing info had no room for empathy or connection. She kind of mocked me for my reaction to the estimate. There was no explanation of the procedure. They also failed to mention that my insurance has a waiting period, so I most likely would have gotten a huge bill after the fact. And they wanted a deposit for service in advance. Fortunately I realized I didn't have to make the decision to proceed at the moment. I went home and called around for addl estimates and found an office that feels like a better fit.

Called in to ask for a follow up after getting a cavity filled a few weeks ago, they got me on the schedule within two days and the appointment lasted 10 minutes. The dentist was aware of my situation when he stepped in the room, he was able to explain what may or may not have happened and was more than helpful in correcting the small issue, very quickly. They also mentioned that when I have my next appointment (already scheduled for next week for teeth whitening) that if I’m still having issues I can just call ahead of time and they will extend my appointment so they can take care of any issues. So happy I finally found a good dentist! THIS IS IT!

This was my first visit to Timber Dental and although the news wasn't great, I was very impressed with all aspects of my care. And although I don't look forward to a possible root Canal, I feel that I'm in good hands. The billing and sedation options were thoroughly explained, as were the diagnosis and X-rays.

I came in for my first appointment. Everyone was really nice, the space was clean and charming and the dental work I received seemed professional. However, this was the first time in my life I have come in for a dentist check-in appointment when I did not receive a full exam from the dentist or a cleaning because they ran out of time. My appointment was for 2:30pm and they closed at 4:00pm, so they asked me to schedule another appointment. I would ask in the future that they not schedule first time appointments without enough time to complete. It is not easy for me to find time, and I assume this may be true for many people. The staff seemed a bit frustrated that I could not another time quickly to reschedule what was left of my appointment. The time I found to complete this appointment was the time I showed up for right then, so please be patient if I need to find you more time unexpectedly.

All the staff were so friendly and the office is beautiful. I felt so taken care of by everyone that helped clean my teeth and do their scans, especially Dr. Madeline! She's amazing, I've never felt so comfortable at the dentist before.
