Staff at Highland Dental have been great to work with so far! They’re patient with my three little kids, pleasant and professional towards us parents, and I feel they do a good job communicating about upcoming appointments via text and phone. I also really appreciated the new patient “swag bags” they sent us home with on our first visit last year 😊

I absolutely love this dentist office! They are professional, kind and accommodating. They treated both my son and daughter with so much kindness. We weren't another number and I am very appreciative for that. Not just that, but I happened to be in the office when an unhappy customer came in and the way the situation was handled in front of me was absolutely impressive. They were so kind and so understanding with the patient, which resolved the issue peacefully, and it was so refreshing to see. If you want your family members in good hands Highland Dental is the best choice. Quality work and care is all I have seen.

I waited a while to post a review after my dental treatment! I can’t express the kindness and professionalism of this doctor! He is one of the best dentist I have had! He saved me having to get a root canal! To add they were able to get me in for an emergency cracked tooth which no where else in town could help. I called over 17 places ranging from Bend to Redmond and they were the only place that could actually help me! Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Parsley is an incredible dentist, as well as a kind person. Every staff member I have interacted with has been proficient, friendly and courteous. Cara, Amy and Ashley could not have made my visits any more pleasant if they tried!

Today I had a crown done. Dr. Tony again, was absolutely wonderful; patient, supportive, and proficient. Jade, his assistant was professional, and very sweet Stacy, the receptionist, was lovely, professional, and efficient.

My wife and I both had the same experience from reception staff to hygienist to our dentist, all were professional, knowledgable and friendly. A warm, welcoming office that takes great care of their patients and works with the philosophy “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it”.

We recently moved to the area so we looked for a new dentist. Our last dentist was wonderful but Highland Family Dental might be even better The staff was so friendly and our hygienist Haley was the best I’ve had. Highly recommended.

I was given a vacancy from an early cancellation, and my problem was fairly minor, but couldn’t be put on Hold for long. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. Everyone that tended to me was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. I couldn’t have hoped for better treatment on such short notice. This was a Great experience!

I had a good experience there. I am embarrassed and in pain with my teeth and everyone was so kind. My girl Heather was wonderful to me and explained what my procedure would be and made me comfortable. The office staff did the paperwork so I didn't have to stress on that. Kind and caring.

Had a fantastic first visit! I come from a dental family - so my expectations are HIGH! Every one was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They even fit me in for 2 quick cosmetic procedures the same day. And the office is beautiful - very clean and modern. Can’t wait to go back for my cleaning!

Dr Tony is amazing! Everyone always seems to go above and beyond to make you comfortable and everyone does a great job every time. It would be impossible to find a better Dental office.
