My mother got her front tooth implant/bridge here. She’s had a temporary for 49 years so this is a very big deal to her. To our whole family really!
She insisted I write this review for her which has never happened. I am more than happy to do so. Clearly she was in good hands!
She says Max Higbee was a wonderful dentist with great wit & commitment to his patients. The whole staff were on it & are very happy for her.

This practice is absolutely amazing!! I brought my 3 and 6 year old in for a cleaning and they were so fantastic with them. The front desk staff was amazing at check in. The dental hygienist took time with my children and made them feel very comfortable. She made them balloon animals which they loved. Dr Max was extraordinary and my kids were very comfortable with him. I would highly recommend their office and my children can’t wait to go back.

I had my first appointment in 6 years and walked in absolutely terrified. I have a ton of work to do, but Jackie was incredible! She was so patient and understanding and treated me like family. Dr. Max was awesome, too! They helped break everything down financially and took the time to talk through everything I need done with me and made sure I fully understood.

My husband, Fred and I have been going to "The Redmond Dental Group" for about 15 years. We have always had wonderful service for all of our dental needs. The front staff as well as the dental crew and Dr Max are really great! They are all very personable and kind.
I wanted to give a shout out to my new Hygienist Ashley! I saw Ashley on 8-6-20 for a checkup and cleaning. I couldn't believe how my teeth felt and looked after her checking, working, cleaning, and polishing them!!
Ashley is AWESOME and I'm very happy she will be my new hygienist!

Worst experience I've ever had in my life, as far as dental service goes. There should be a no star, or negative star option. Pulled my teeth, then made me wait ten weeks for partials because their lab tech was on vacation. Meanwhile my insurance was cut off. Now in order to get my partials I have to pay 2800. Out of pocket. If they wouldn't have taken so long, I'd have them because my insurance would still pay ,But only if the partials took under 45 days from my last impressions. So now I get to walk around with missing teeth because staff needs vacations. There is so much more, but this was the big one. Love my dentists and assistance, it's the office ladies that are rediculous, and horrible in the customer service, and caring department. It could be a great place, but they need to be replaced. They fixed it which was very nice. I updated their Stars

Max Higbee and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. I was experiencing so much dental pain it was physically making me sick. Over the past 6 months I have had a series of dental appointments. They get me in as soon as they can and Treat me with compassion. I have a completely new smile because of Max and his staff. My gratitude is beyond measures. I recommend Redmond Dental group to anyone who needs dental work done.
