The hygienist and Dr. Whisenant were exceptional in taking care of my broken molar with same-day crown service...even staying late until 6:45pm...making sure the crown fit perfectly! Professional. 6.20.18 I came into New Smiles for an emergency tooth extraction and was very please with service all the way around from the receptionist to the surgery. I was in Great Hands with Dr Bennett & staff! Dr Bennett walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Dr Bennett let me know there were other problem areas and that they should be taken care of before they get worse. My last doctor never spoke to me about any other issues other than the tooth being pull so I truly appreciate Dr Bennett treating me all the way around and not just the tooth that need to be extracted. My bill was quoted to be me before the surgery and was extremely pleased with the bill when I left. I paid out of pocket & paid less then what was quoted. I believe I received a discount since I was paying with cash. Either way they have a new loyal client! Thank You New Smiles!!!! Rebekah P

They told me I needed 6 fillings so I got other opinions from different dentists who told me I do not need any fillings. New Smiles did not explain their policies or help explain insurance coverage and now are asking for more money.

The staff in the front office are very polite and quick to take care of you.
Barbara, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, was super caring, thorough, a great listener and took the time to explain everything.
You can tell Dr. Doyel loves his job, and cares for his patients. He takes his time explaining your care options and lets you make your choice for care without pressure.

Even thought I do not like going to a dentist.
And I only go when I absolutely have to. They are Best Dentist Ever! No comparison, none have even come close. Besides the fact they are professional, really good at what they do, They even tried to make my experience enjoyable. Imagin that enjoyable, not something I would ever say I could experience at a dentist. If you asked me that earlier I would have said your crazy. I'm a 50 year old, I have needle phobia, I dont like going to the doctor or dentist, but I can say I recommend New Smiles. They are the best!
