From the moment you enter the Pacific family dental (New Smiles) you can feel the professionalism and the customer/patient first mentality. From the receptionist checking you in with a friendly face and smile to the pristine waiting area you immediately feel at home and in safe hands.
The hygienist, doctors and assistants know your name, face and history and are always interest in not only your teeth but how you have been doing. It gives the dentistry a real sense of family and care.
The doctors in turn are up front, direct and honest about treatment. They are not interested in pushing unnecessary treatments, they are interested in ensuring the health of you mouth, gums and teeth. What a refreshing surprise from what I have experienced at other practices and in other countries.
I can not recommend this dentistry enough
