Every one in the office are very nice from the beginning to the end of my appointment. and the tooth's cleaning job were well done ,super. I love it.That was my best experience in my whole life time, I'm 79 years old. So appreciated for the good job they did!!!!!!

I had an appointment 3 months ago and the dentist Barb told me to come again to do deep cleaning that will cost me 150$.
I called to make that appointment and the lady I talked to told me it's a 1000$ treatment.
I asked to talked to Barb herself face-to-face so she would explain me what the difference between what she said to what the lady was saying.
She said barb is going to call me back but I never got that call back. (To be clear I talked to them 3 times on the phone to get that call back!)
To be honest on my first appointment I was really thrilled and I left a five points review. I thought the treatment was really professional and Barb took good care of me.
But now I'm VERY disappointed.

Love going to Pacific Family Dental, Dr Doyel and his staff are so friendly and experienced. I've had everything from cleanings to implants and a sinus lift done with no worries at all. Dr Doyel spends a huge amount of time on continuing education and it shows.

Beware of overcharge bills! This is a practice of this dental office. Never accept to pay UPFRONT! Wait for your bill from insurance and only pay what they say. Good doctors if you need cosmetic procedures but not for preventative care. The main problem with this business is the OVERCHARGED BILLING.

Amazing staff and professional work. The best part is... they really care about their patients. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. They made even the most complex implant work tolerable for me. Dr. A and his team really make you feel welcome and safe in their hands. I would recommend them to anyone and especially those who may experience extra anxiety when it comes to dentistry.
