Everyone at the office is very kind, helpful and make you feel like you're more then just a patient.. I have anxiety from other dental offices, however with the help and patience of Dr. Aanderud I feel my anxiety drastically reduced when I have to go in, and I've had to go in a lot after avoiding the dentist for years...shout out to my wife for forcing me to go here. Dr. Doyle is phenomenal. Incredible patient care and attention to detail. Abbi at the front desk is amazing as well, always so helpful and welcoming. I recommend New Smiles to anyone asking for a new dentist. The only reason I gave 4 stars was from a few financial discrepancies that shouldn't have happened, but that's life and it was resolved promptly. Overall, outstanding staff and atmosphere.

Had a consultation today with New Smiles for some much needed dental work. I must say I was very impressed with everything about my visit. From the staff in the reception area being very friendly and helpful with papers needing filled out to the dental assistant being easy to talk with, attentive and gentle while doing X-rays for dentist to review. Ben the dentist I meet with is also an owner. And that he was the one working with me made me feel very at ease. He came across easy to understand on the multiple issues I have with my teeth. And because I do live a fair distance from their office Ben offered to FaceTime with me after he completely goes thru all he feels needs to be done to give me a New Smile. This would be after normal business hrs. Wow! To me that is going above and beyond to help a new patient.

Dr. Doyel, and his staff are off-the-charts excellent. I discovered New Smiles when I lived in Portland, after moving to Bend I drove 3+ hours each way because I would not consider another dentist. I now live out of the country and I travel all the way back to Sherwood, Oregon for their work. They're expertise, state-of-the-art equipment, and customer care are absolutely superb. I say customer care because they are way beyond customer service, they truly care for their clients. They made appointments for me with short notice, making openings in the early mornings, late afternoons, even during the holidays when they were not scheduled to be open. Thank you Doc and all your staff! I would not be smiling without you.

Wonderful Staff! I went to Dr Evan Whisenant for 2 crowns and 2 fillings over the past 7 days (2 appointments of 2.5h each) and I was VERY impressed with his professionalism and quality of work! They have invested in state of the art equipment and the crowns are made in house the same day so everything was pretty quick and fit perfectly! I hardly felt any discomfort and was basically napping through it all! If you are worried about getting your work done, don't! You will be well taken care of! His assistants are wonderful too, especially his wife Renee! Both time I got a blanket and she put some chopstick on my lips during the procedure! Sweetest person ever!
I was a bit nervous to go to a young dentist, worried about lack of experience etc. and if you are in the same boat, DONT BE! This dentist 100% knows what he is doing! very detail oriented and gentle! I would recommend to all my friends!
