I arrived early for my appointment was told I would be seen shortly. 2 hrs later was seen by the dentist for 10 min max. Then shuffled to another room to talk to treatment counselor "money" I then waited another 45 min and finally walked out! The staff at Aspen aside from the Dentist were young and under trained! I would Never have any work done by this office!

After receiving a text alert with my appointment information for the day I received a phone call 30 minutes later telling me that since I didn't confirm my appointment the night before I have been bumped and someone else took my spot. Even though I received no phone call and my wife called the day before to confirm my appointment.
Extremely unsatisfied with this service, I miss one phone call and lose the appointment I had been waiting 2 weeks for.

Place is a waste of time ! Spoke with a lady on the phone to make a appointment the conversation was very detailed and all information was noted the lady on the phone confirmed I would be seen for the free exam and x-ray at 1pm I showed up and was turned away. The front desk was very rude and unhelpful I would never recommend this chain of dentist to anyone they treat you like a number not like a person.

the worst yet. i would highly reccomend that you go elsewhere. i went in because i was having awful pains on my lower left side, which had radiated up my jaw and to my ear, and they were more concerned about the other work i needed rather than focusing on the initial issue i had come in for in the first place. i am disgusted. they also overcharged me up the ass and diagnosed me with periodontal gum disease which i don’t even have. 10,000 is their ticket price. i had several othe family members go because of their ‘free exam and consultation’ and, they were charged the same, if not mor than i had been charged for work they didn’t even need done in their mouth. FIND A LOCAL, PRIVATELY OWNED DENTIST AND GO.

Recently saw a new dentist to find that Aspen straight up lied about the condition of my mouth. They also over charged me for the services I was given. This service is filled with fear mongering.

Staff was very nice. Free xrays. However, they said I had 20 cavaties and needed a crown. They tried to get me financing for what would have been a $2000 bill. Long story short, i didn't use them and went somewhere else. Turns out no actual cavaties. Was very disappointed in this place.

Checked in 20 minutes early for a 1500 appointment. 1600 came around still not seen. Thanks for letting me hang out for nothing. Receptionist was nice. As a patient, I value healthcare workers time and as a healthcare employee I value my patients time.

I had a broken tooth and was looking for an emergency office. When I was done. I scheduled my new patient appt. Dr. H is one of the best Dentists I've seen. She and her staff are wonderful.
