Great office. Have had two emergency situations, they got me in immediately. The assistants took great care of me, especially when I was in a great deal of pain. Front office assisted me in contacting specialist. I did not feel sales pitched to become a regular patient, although I already knew I would be. All of the the doctors have been empathic, kind, explain everything about my oral health. Exams are gentle, staff is amazing from beginning to end, and the technology in the office is amazing. Professional but relaxed environment. Will be my primary dentist!!!

I love your office. The hygenist is always super friendly and thorough. The dentists are extremely informative about what is actually going on inside my mouth and how to prevent any unwanted issues. We discuss options and alternatives for treatments without any pressure to commit.

I’ve seen quite a few dentists in my life but McKenzie Dental is above and beyond any I’ve visited. I had a crown put on today and the entire process took less than two hours. I walked out with a permanent crown, no having a temporary put on and back later for the permanent. That’s a big step forward to me and I haven’t mentioned the outstanding quality of the work Dr. Shakespeare does. The entire office is friendly and cordial and do whatever is necessary to see that patients are happy and satisfied.

My husband enjoys having his teeth cleaned here. Staff is great and friendly. They do a great job. Highly recommend to anyone with gum issues. They are there to help you keep your teeth not pull them out and put you in dentures like the other place he used to go to.

Dr. Jahn was able to get me in last minute to check a tooth that was causing a lot of pain. He was able to quickly diagnose that I needed a root canal. He prescribed me some antibiotics and the front desk staff helped schedule for treatment. I was in and out in about a half hour. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and has a high level of knowledge.
