I’ve always had an amazing and fast experience at McKenzie Dental!! Dr Lee and his assistant Melissa fit me in for a root canal this week which gave me immediate relief. Dr John is a favorite as well with his laid back and fun style of care. Bernita and Delaney give amazing cleanings and the front counter staff are always welcoming and very helpful. I’d highly recommend them for all your oral hygiene needs!!!

I enjoyed my experience at the dentist today. Dr John was so good about explaining things, concerning my teeth, and made me feel welcome, and that he cared about giving me good care.
Sarah was great too! And the receptionist was friendly and very knowledgeable. I look forward to my next appt Tuesday, Feb 18 th, and plan on coming to McKenzie Dental as my new, and long term care.

I had a great appointment today 9/15/19 . Being able to have a Sunday appointment was very convenient for me. I wish I could remember the names of the wonderful humans that helped me today. Great help from the time I walked in and when I left. I now have a rather long process of getting my big mouth in better shape! Everything was laid out for me that I need to do! I was told I could take one project at a time so I could pay each appointment without receiving a bill. I was told that I have a option of a less expensive fix or a which of course might not last as long as getting a crown. I hope McKenzie Dental will send me this after my next appointment so I might be able to help someone that has had a bad experience with a dentist know that you can have a good one!

This place has gone downhill. I was one of their regulars for a few years. The staff used to be so nice and easy to deal with. I actually enjoyed my visits here but unfortunately those days are long gone. I dealt with a few new faces during my last and final visit. I understand I was a bit late due to my work schedule but they handled the situation very poorly. Not to mentioned. They called me prior my initial appointment to reschedule due to staffing issues so I tried to squeeze in the new appointment with my work schedule just to be reasonable. On the day of my appointment, I called to let them know that I was gonna be late. They said it was fine so I rushed myself to get there only to find out they couldn’t see me anymore. It was a huge waste of time. I left work early that day to accommodate the new appointment they asked me to take. The girl I dealt with had a massive attitude from the get go and very demeaning the way she spoke with me. I didn’t appreciate it at all. When I asked if I could speak with someone else to reschedule another lady behind the counter got upset and started yelling at me. I couldn’t believe how poorly they handled the situation. I ended up canceling the whole thing and will now take my business elsewhere.

Been going to McKenzie Dental for several years and I really like everything about the practice. The staff are really nice. The dentists do great work (I had to have a crown--and I can't even remember which tooth it's on). And their rates are good. We're in a family plan where we get two cleanings a year for less than we were paying at our old place. They've done a great job of helping me keep all my teeth.

A great office and office staff! Latest tech equipment. Excellent overview of current situation with digital images and photos. Dr. Lee and staff take all the time necessary to be sure patients understand what is being done. A calm, gentle place.
Office is taking impressive cautions re C-19. A really great office and technical staff.

Was able to get in the next day. The staff was very gentle and thorough. This office has always been professional regarding my husband and my treatment. Best office in town.

My second visit to McKenzie Dental and the people I worked with where super. The process was very thorough and timely. Heidi did xrays and cleaning and Dr John was the dentist. Heidi has a very soft touch and is very patient. Dr John did my exam and he was very friendly, helpful and thorough. I was blown away by their compassion and customer appreciation and it made me glad I chose to move my dental needs to this office in Springfield.

This clinic has taken really good care of me, and has worked with me when applicable. (Even if you have a good job, sometimes a little extra help means THE WORLD.) I have nothing but good things to say about this team:) They're so helpful, nice, and positive. (Which means a lot to me.) I had a wonderful dentist in Central Oregon, and I'm happy I found these guys when I moved, even with my dental antiety!
