Being new to Oregon, I urgently needed a new dentist as I had an abscessed tooth. I called McKenzie Dental and was treated kindly and very promptly. Dr. Shakespear was able to see me within 30 minutes of calling. Safety procedures were thorough and comforting. The staff were all pleasant and personable. Immediate care was provided and follow-on appointments were made. I highly recommend this dental office.

These people go above and beyond. I hadn't been to the dentist in almost a decade, but the hygienist and Dr. Jones made me so comfortable. The billing department has worked closely with me for almost a month getting insurance issues worked out.

It had been many years since I had been to see a dentist and I was a little embarrassed and ashamed of what might happen. When I went in instead of being shamed for not going I was congratulated on how well I had managed on my own. As I need 4 fillings and a tooth pulled I obviously hadn’t been that great. I went in tonight to get my fillings and it was just an amazing experience! The staff is so welcoming that you almost feel like family. They laugh and joke around with you and it’s really pleasant. I was given the pleasure of having Dr. Shepherd as my dentist and I am overjoyed! He was so gentle and patient. I came to this office off a referral, and I definitely pass that referral on!

No BS, just straight to the point. Was given an estimate before the surgery and when I went to pay my bill it was even cheaper.
