The team at McKenzie Dental are top notch. I developed a toothache and called for an appointment - On examination, the diagnosis was a serious cavity in a molar. After they described the complexity of the situation (structural integrity risks) I opted for the root canal & crown and Dr. John and Carlos were able to do all the procedures that same day. The treatment was painless and outstanding (friendly, calm, professional, compassionate). Dr. John explained everything throughout the process, and even showed me some of the details of their state of the art crown design and fabrication technology - fascinating!

I have been coming to this dentist office for years. Usually I have a decent experience and extremely friendly staff.. however, tonight's appointment was anything but that and I was very displeased with my cleaning and the work of the hygienist who didn't even introduce herself to me. Along with the surprise of having yet again another new doctor and no warning of this change ahead of time.

Staff was so nice. Becky my teeth cleaning lady is absolutely wonderful and so sweet. Dr.Lee is so good and gentle, I liked that I got to see him,a very caring Christian man.

I was initially talked to by an Assistant who I felt was very knowledgeable, treated me with respect, detailed the procedures she was doing with me, explained very well and concisely what she was to do.
Then Dr John came in, explained the x-rays in detail, along with information for me to make a decision as far as what my choice would be to complete this work, make me comfortable.
I can only say I felt I was given all the information I needed, treated very well by the employees I interacted with.

This office took large measures to meet and exceed recommendations for COVID-19 compliance.
Additionally, there is never a wait for an emergency and they make crowns, etc., while you wait.
Kudos to Kim; the best hygienist I have ever worked with!!!

To start, I have some serious social anxieties and have had extreme horrible experiences with nearly every other dentist I've seen. it did seem a little rushed. this last visit was to remove the upper teeth all together, leaving 2 snaps to hold my upper denture in. I have to say I had the best visit so far. they were as gentle. and responded to my fears and assisted in a most efficient way.fe. muggy;u
