I had a tooth cleaning today at McKenzie Dental. The hygienist Alyssa was new to me. She was gentle and thorough. My teeth felt so good after she got done. Doctor Shakespeare reviewed my xrays & listened to my questions & concerns. He did a crown for me last December and I really appreciate his great work too. Overall if you have to go to the dentist that's the place to go! Just call & talk to Linda she'll set you up. Everyone there is amazing.

McKenzie is close to us, and with much anxiety, I called. SO glad I did. From the front desk to the dentist chair, the staff were amazing!! Clean and bright, the office is welcoming. My dentist, Dr. Shakespear, was gentle and thorough! I highly recommend McKenzie Dental Center!

How do I start such an AWESOME experience!!! Dr. Lee and his staff are completely professional with a great sense of humor!
In the past I have been used to going to dental clinics where they put me in small room to wait for the dentist. The layout at McKenzie Dental is much different!
For lack of better description, it's set up like a hair salon,in an open space, where you can sit or lay in a chair while waiting for the dentist and talk the assistants and the dentist can roll in his chair to the next patient 6 feet away from you AWESOME LAYOUT. The best I've ever seen! ( they even have TV screens on the ceiling for longer procedures!)

Dr. Shakespeare is a very friendly and caring dentist with a wonderful and gentle chair side manner. The front office staff were stressed, abrupt, uncaring, unsympathetic and didn’t even give eye contact and a smile to acknowledge they saw me. Very disappointed. Also I was quoted an amount and they did not honor it and it went from $45 to $120! And that’s after insurance.

At McKenzie dental the entire staff are very friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the lobby. When something other than a routine cleaning is needed they will look up your insurance and let you know exactly what the out of pocket expense will be and they stick to that price. Unlike other dental places I've been.

5 stars means Loved it, not entirely true. I don't like going to the dentist at all, but after 50 years of experience with it, I can say McKenzie Dental is far and above all the others I've been to. First rate professional treatment, yet very personable and pleasant people who obviously like their jobs and want to do the very best they can. You can't do better than that. Dr. Lee is awesome. He is the best dentist I've ever had.
