I’m pleased to say that my teeth cleaning experience at McKenzie Dental during Covid conditions was 100% impressive. On time, strict protocols followed, a stress-free appointment with my dental hygienist and dentist, and done in an hour with no shortcuts. Well done!

I had a difficult tooth extraction but with encouragement throughout the procedure I made it. The staff was so supportive. I can't say enough good things about my treatment at McKenzie Dental. Kudos to all. Carolyn

I understand that this is a medical office and therefore money is viewed a bit differently, but if this were a retail environment, I would return my product and demand a refund and take my business elsewhere and never return. Unfortunately, I have now spent $800 am unhappy and saving money up to most likely go elsewhere to have this fixed. I have zero faith in the work that was done. I would like to recommend that the doctors learn to listen to their patients better and treat them better. I have felt ignored and belittled by the doctors.

The newest dentist, Dr Johnson I believe, didn’t even look at my tooth when I complained about being in pain for two months, just told me that my bite was off and I needed braces. Turns out I needed a root canal. What if I would have gotten the braces? I would have gone through two years of braces, $6000 and still been in pain. That is just irresponsible.

Dr Lee may not have meant what he said to leave the impression that it did, but he came off as condescending and rude. I had very real concerns about my crown and was told that my “tongue would get used to it” the crown was much too large, and then after making a special appointment to have my tooth worked on again he told me let know “know if you have any other suggestions” about my tooth. I had very real concerns and even if he did think they were real, he could have tried to be nice about it.

I understand that sometimes when it rains it pours with patients, but I can’t imagine this level of incompetence and thoughtlessness as being anything but just that, incompetence and thoughtlessness.

A very much enjoyed talking to my dentist and him giving me all options for my treatment. He explained it very well in a way that I very much understood. He told me his professional opinions

which I appreciated.I would like to thank him very much because it gives me things and options to think about.

In 21/2 hours Dr.John and his crew made me a perfect permanent crown.
Their 3D machine created the crown on-site.
On top of it all, I'm a new patient.
Highly recommend them, and am glad I discovered a high tech dentist, with the help of my wife.

I just switched my family to McKenzie Dental since our insurance changed. I must report this was a pleasant experience from the very first phone call. What dentist can give you an appt the NEXT DAY for a cleaning? Unheard of! But Yes-they did. Chelsea was wonderful. Thanks!

I got an appointment the same day that I called. The interior is clean and modernized, and the staff was very friendly. The dental hygienist and the dentist didn't just clean my teeth, but also measured the health of my gums and the alignment of my jaw. I've seen about 10 dentists over my lifetime and this is the first to have taken this much care to ensure that my whole jaw was healthy, not just my teeth.

I never liked going to the Dentist. And, I get very uneasy around needles, especially when I can see it going in my mouth. After completing exams, I went in for my first cleaning and I must admit ASHLEY did a very good job! From the beginning thru the end of my major cleaning, she talked me every step of the way which helped relieve much of my anxiety. I felt relaxed and clearly she looked like she knew what she was doing. I like the professionalism at this office and all of my family visits. Excellent job ASHLEY.
